However, it seems Dramafever has improved a bit.

First shonen manga I read was "Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle", loved it. My daughter and I watched the whole series when it was released as an anime.

The costumes are gorgeous in the historical dramas. I really enjoyed "Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms" the most. "Lost Love in Times", "Daughter of the Flame", and "Princess Agents" are the only other Chinese ancient dramas I've seen. There are a lot of palace dramas, but I get tired of the incessant bickering.
I'm also a big fan of Sci-Fi and fantasy.

Uh oh, palace intrigue time started in episode 21. And that guy in the kitchen seemed suspicious, or was it just my imagination.
