Actually, I've noticed on Viki's fan channels, the 'following' count usually stays at 1 (one) until a Channel Moderator has been assigned. Then it will display the accurate number of followers. I don't know why it works this way, think it should be corrected to represent the actual number of followers.

The lead actress portrays an endocrinologist. Endocrinology is the branch of medicine concerned with endocrine glands and hormones. Based on the description and teasers of the drama I can only assume she is obsessed with the "study" of hormones.
