the hair and the clothes was a fustrating sight to look at. id really like to meet the stylist
No kidding, made it hard to relate or connect to such freakish looking actor/actresses. I don't get it, but what prob. bugged me most is when the lead male and female both have the SAME freakish hairstyle. :P

is this drama better then love rain? for those who watched it?
I had a hard time plodding through Love Rain too! The acting wasn't convincing enough for the slowness of the plot. Ok, that and I get bored quickly. :D

I felt the acting was more compelling (in this one).

I see this as a pretty politically/culturally driven movie by the director/writer. There is def. explicit sex scenes, so what? At least I got the feel that they both really cherished each other and the relationship. I think if anything was annoying, it was that it didn't balance their relationship with enough character development other than their mutual enjoyment of sex with each other. However that being said, the other extreme of super-chaste kisses being passed over as "romance" in other dramas/movies has me gagging. This movie breaks open other doors and takes stabs at several cultural hypocrisies. He throws several things in the viewers face. That young or old, ppl can be pretty stupid in love, that if older or young men are with young girls it's usually not seen as a big bad deal but reverse it and it is taboo, (How many 'little bride' type dramas have we seen vilified?), that by your choices/outlook you can be immature/mature no matter your age (sometimes in this movie the 32 y.o. acts like the kid) and the 19 year old is more sensible, and finally that women shouldn't be afraid of telling a guy what/how she likes it in a sexual relationship.
*My favorite scene was the one where he cooks! Too funny/cute.

Oh geez, this drama just went horribly wrong (ep. 8). The main lead male just slapped (hard!) the main lead female. I don't really care how good this drama is, I just don't support any drama that promotes that kind of abuse towards women, and then has them hook up later on. Writers/directors shame on you, emotions could have been conveyed in a more appropriate way and still been great.

Up to ep 7 now, but the portrayal of 2 college students in love and how they act, play, speak with each other is really great and reminds me of when! Sigh.... The banter and fun, the REAL kisses (instead of chaste pecks) the rough housing, etc. makes you really smile. I also enjoyed the court case info. because they are "make sense" scenarios and solutions. Hope there's more of this to come, but judging from other posts, prob. not. :P

Is this a I,II, and III of Unbeatable drama series with different cast and story? Seems like it...?

I was so bored. :( Both with the characters and the slow storyline development. I hear it gets better after a while, but after 10 episodes +, I really couldn't keep going waiting for it to get better. Maybe it was just me, but I wasn't really feeling the characters, and that's the main reason. I know this comment is SO against what many posted here, but sorry, I just couldn't get into it.

Highly recommended drama for all drama-lovers! This drama has real life scenarios and realistic reactions/actions with each character overcoming obstacles, developing and maturing in ways that make you want to cheer them on. The emotions evoked from this drama vary from deepest empathy to giddy happiness. I didn't get bored with this drama, a classic!

Hmmm, I'd say yes it's worth watching if you have a lot of free time. You might feel it's better if you skip through some of the 3rd party rantings tho (much of it is unnecessary). :P I really had to search for some of the unsubbed parts, at various spots, but a lot of it is subbed, so it was enough to get the general flow of this drama. I have to be honest, this is a looooong drama, and well, heh some of it is unnecessary imo. Good luck!

where can i watch this with eng sub?
v i k i there are many that are subbed, some that aren't. I believe I also found some on u tube in the past, dunno if they're still there. Oh, FYI v i k i lumps both seasons (80 episodes total My Daughter & Love Is Divine) together into 1 under "My Daughter".
