I was looking forward to this special but was a little bit disappointed with it. I thought the story was too focused…
I felt the same way! Like it didn't really have a real resolution. Are they still in a long-term relationship and she visits, or...? Kind of like it didn't really add anything to the original drama ending. Ah well, I enjoyed the couple's acting anyways.

Lessee, there should be Jang Ok Live in Love, Heirs w/ Lee Min Ho and Ip Man evt. coming out. I'll have to see if any catch my interest. :) I haven't seen Fashion King yet, heard mixed reviews so it may or not make it on my list of watched. What do you think of it?
When a man is in love, I have on my Plan2 list, The main lead's pic looks a lot like my cousin's face. But since he's quite scrawny, well laff. A shirtless Seung Hun? - woohoo! Gotta check it out and bump it up on the list. :D I just watched GI Joe, but Channing Tatum was only in it for a bit not a lot of skin there - I felt robbed!

Miss Rose - apathetic male, I Need Romance 1 - wishy-washy cheating male, My Daughter was probably the worst though. Fated to Love You has a good plot/storyline, female lead is definitely a Wuss-but that was part of the storyline. I have a hard time with Rainie Yang in dramas, ever seen her in one? Not to say the above dramas sucked. On the other hand, I liked Gentleman's Dignity and thought it was hilarious. I wish they had more 'mature' dramas like that out there. Definitely prefer them to high-school dramas. :P

Thanks for the heads up! :) I enjoyed reading your profile and can't agree more about the whiny/wimpy female leads. I've even seen some dramas with MALE leads like that or worse (apathetic) - kill me now. I'll have to check out your list of movies when I'm in the mood for something on a Saturday night!

I have to admit, I liked who she ended up with. The personalities seemed to match better, and the older brother seemed too into hooking up with young girls - kind of a turn-off for me. :P I was so glad they had 'real' kissing and humor in it instead of overly censored. Some of the remarks and name-calling were too funny. I'm re-watching Sungkyunkwan Scandal now because I'm kind of bored with current drama 'Ad Genius LTB'. How about yourself, watching anything else good? Have you seen 'Ad Genius'?

:) Hi, nice to meet you and thanks for the friend request! Wow, 2/3 of our dramas are the same. Oh, just noticed your favorites too - Mars, Autumn's Concerto, Boys over Flowers- Love all 3. some of my top 10.
Well, darn, they must not have got my name in on time. Oh well, Congrats LMH in finally being able to be paired with a leading lady that isn't older than you!

Just finished Reply 1997, really LOVED the humor and banter, enjoyed the strong female personality despite her 1dimensionalism (I do get sick of the overly pathetic wimpy ones) and really thought the chemistry was great! I have to agree with you about Kim Sam Soon, thought it was too flat, uneventful for my taste. I've seen Queen In Hyun's man, enjoyed it. Debating what I'm in the mood to watch now after a stressful day. :) Do you also pick dramas according to mood? :P
I liked him in his boy-flower rolls, but I also liked him in his action dramas (Faith, City Hunter) It'd be interesting to do a poll of who liked him in which roll better...
Would semi-rape be considered sexual assault? I dunno, just guessing something is missing in translation here. It seems odd that there would be both rape and semi-rape. I mean was she too out of it the first time to say yes/no, and that is considered semi-rape, then the 2nd time it was full on rape? Whichever, hope they get down to the truth of the matter.
Starting to pick up Reply 1997, like you recommended. Thanks for the rec! I think I tried it before, but didn't really get into the characters, and couldn't really understand why the skipping through time-line. Now that I read about it, it makes more sense and I will be careful not to watch too late at night or while sleepy, lest I miss the timeline and sequencing. :P

Wow, you're really up there on your 'completed' list now. It seems much higher than last time I took a peek, Congrats! (It'd be nice if the bar was a different color once you reach 200+...) I'm jealous in a good way! :) Go drama watchers!
