Why do you think she would reject it? She was only buying that restaurant because she knew GQF would pay for part of it, she even asks Chen Lian to help her ask GQF for the money. It doesn’t mean she is not a strong independent woman, she only decides on such an expensive restaurant because GQF told her to go big or go home.
