I am not absolutely sure about how weibo night actually gives invitations but from what I observed when watching, most actors and actresses they invite are the ones who will be receiving an award other than that, really well-known ones in the industry are invited too (not saying ARP is not popular but the veteran ones). Also, regarding the host not mentioning MM when Bai Lu won the most popular actress of the year award is because MM is not the only drama that can be credited for her popularity, she did other works like northward too.

Where did the talk come from? I have a weibo and the hot searches for Moonlight Mystique is there. Bai Lu and rest of the cast has been promoting the drama on their weibo. Regarding weibo night, even Xu Kai wasn't invited when his drama partner Tian Xi Wei is present at the event. Also, most of the trends yesterday were about Weibo night so it's possible Weibo pushed down most of the searches to bring theirs up since its more important event, but idk about the blocking since the hot searches shows MM. They will have live promotion for this drama today at weibo and an offline promotion on douyin.
The ratings dropped again, it reached 8.5 before but it seems there's been a recent downvoting lately as this drop was too drastic. To those who plans to watch this, don't hesitate because of the ratings remember mdl ratings are subjective. Watch the drama and you will know whether it is worth it or not. Also, fellow moonchasers don't forget to rate individual episodes which aired already it will help stabilize the ratings more 🌙💜
I just love how there is a tacit understanding formed between Bai Shuo and Fan Yue, even if he has amnesia. Also, the first kiss scene setting was beautifully executed, the lantern and the fireworks were so enchanting. The type of kiss they had wasn't full on steamy but it was gentle and sweet. I also love how before Fan Yue kissed Bai Shuo, he said he wanted to say his goodbye first.
This is the first amnesia plot which I loved and also the first where the person who got amnesia would say goodbye to this part of himself. It really spoke of Fan Yue's innocence.

Same, I think she's Bai Xi. Actually she hit her head during the incident with Bai Shuo and was already supposed to be dead, but the supposed immortal who saved her uses demon powers hence when she got resurrected she transformed into a demon, which is why she couldn't live in the mortal realm as maybe it has to do with her demon nature, that sickness of hers probably costs her to loose a lot of her memories. Another thought of mine is that someone could have erased her memories in order to make use of her.
ratings are starting to going down again. this drama at least deserve 8.8 ratings
it went down again because number of watchers increased almost 11k now and there's only around 700+ who rated, it'll definitely increase soon again since majority haven't rated yet 😊
