OMG- what have I been missing! It's 2025 and the show does not seem dated. Absolutely adored it. Generally I get attached to one couple that is featuring the same cast and my brain cannot accept the same actor in the same show with another lead. In this one however, the pairing and the character portrayal is done so well that I completely forgot it's the same girl with two different leads. Oh I can go on and on. The men in both the eras were real MVPs. I loved the new era ML so much as though he was so mischievous and playful, he totally respected the boundaries of our historical FL character. Not once did he try to even kiss her out of line. OH my God, just that deserves a solid 10 rating. The ML from the Ayauthia times was so supportive of our FL. Namtarn played both the characters flawlessly. Loved her bold and shy character. I truly believe Thailand produces some of the best shows but many a times due to lack of English subs, the shows don't get popular enough. On this one, the subbers did a great job. Kudos to all the production team and the subbing team to let us enjoy this adorable show. Awwww my heart is full of love for thailand right now. What a heartwarming show.
I really like this short series. Generally, many loose ends are left alone in short series but this one carried itself well. The sexual tension between the loads was good but that wasn't the only thing going for this show. I'm a simpleton, as long as Dai Gao Zheng is on screen, I'll keep my eyes glued to the screen even if the plot isn't gripping. This one, took me by surprise. The quality was as good as any regular show. The whole team did well.
Dai Gao Zheng is an absolutely incredible actor—effortlessly charismatic and deeply compelling in every role he takes on. With his captivating presence, striking tanned features, and eyes that pull you right into the emotion of the moment, he brings a rare combination of screen presence and emotional depth that’s hard to look away from.
Even in short-length dramas, he manages to leave a lasting impression, delivering layered, heartfelt performances that feel far more substantial than the time he’s given. That in itself speaks volumes about his skill and screen power. It’s high time production houses take note—this is a lead actor waiting to be given the stage he deserves. Audiences clearly connect with him, not just because of his stunning looks, but because of the raw talent and sincerity he brings to his craft. Here’s hoping we’ll soon see Dai Gao Zheng headlining full-length dramas where he can fully showcase his range and depth. He’s more than ready—and honestly, we’re more than ready to watch.
No wonder amazing Korean actors unfortunately, so frequently commit suicide. Look at the followers and their reactions to something they don't agree with.
Yes, that’s the same person. They look exactly alike in both pics to me.
I'm glad others can see the resemblance. To me, the poster guy has wispy hair, rounded eyebrows, fuller lips, defined jawline with slightly squarish/rounded face shape. The profile picture person has silky hair, straight eyebrows, thin lips with a long face shape. Nothing against any of these features. They all have their charm but they just are opposing to each other. I would love to start this show to see which picture does justice to the actor on screen.
Didn't realize DGZ's new show is already airing. When he is on screen, no rhyme or reason is required by my brain. For once they have paired Dou Gao Zheng with a talented and pretty FL. I have never seen her work before but absolutely loving her. I hope both of them come again soon in a full length show. The glasses look amazing on DGZ...umm i think I'm doing the same thing where I can't waver from DGZ's path. I'm done commenting.
It's so refreshing to see Luo Zheng in a different kind of role and background. I have always enjoyed his plays but he is doing a phenomenal job in playing his role in this one. I hope the story does justice and let the leads make use of their talent and chemistry.
I some how managed to till 18 episodes the starting was good and the romance is also good but drama is slow, i…
Agreed! Generally I love sweet fluffy shows. This one has great cast but such a bayish story line. Whatapad scribbles have even more depth than this writing. It may be cute but the intended audience should be 13 and under.
