If this was a Korean or Chinese show, it would have had ratings of 8.5 or higher. So many of the Thai shows are excellent but the popularity is hindered by either lack of English subtitles or delayed subtitles. This show’s flow is excellent. The characters , all have their own place and are well written and well portrayed. The chemistry between the leads is sweet. The poor couple needs at least some onscreen hugs and kisses to make it standout. The ML Phet/Sarun is quite a charmer. I wish to see him in more lakorns. He has the tall, dark and handsome kinda vibe. I hope the makeup artist stops making him unnecessarily whitewashed.
I started the show for Bua and Krating but fell in love with Alek and Namtarn. They played the new Wat and Jinny’s character with so much charm. Loved the entire show with its twists and turns. Thought the actual plot of switched identity is unrealistic, the story flowed so well that it seems plausible. Hats off to entire team for creating a master piece.
1. Withdrawal symptoms for that cocaine addiction?2. This is the one I'm most worried about. How will the two…
I was thinking about the careers as well. Getting the license for Wat should not be a problem. He can go back to flying school and ace his craft. Tej can go to a modeling agency with his tall hot body ;)
The first part of the series has unethical but captivating story. The second part has Mik thongraya in it and that’s the only reason one can watch it. There is no story, no plot and no flow. Every episode the lead couple come together and breaks away. Every episode has a murder attempt. The scenes between the main leads are so redundant that they become pointless by episode 8-9. Fast forward and see the end. The best part is Thanwa and Sammy’s appearance from the last show.
I am coming back here to post my comment after watching both the shows in order. If you keep the dramatic slaps and slut talk alone, the couples are very cute. It’s a treat to watch the leads Thanwa and Sammy in the sequel. The prequel gets so hard to watch specially with the way the writer tries to legitimize the mistress role. It gets quite disturbing and makes u puke how some people can be fine by ruining someone’s life and yet try to live a dignified life. Arggggg ok I had told myself not to indulge in the unethical plot that was glorified here…. Ok ok just watch the sweetness of the main lead, side lead and in the sequel our handsome Mik thongraya. I watched the shows in order and it was so much fun to do so.
OMG what an overload of complete sweetness. Just 4 episodes of full length :) No long term misunderstandings, no blood pukes, no extra dramatic flying and no divorces…. What a watch!
I thought I have watched almost all the new era Chinese romance shows but your list made me realize, how many good ones are still left to be seen. Excellent job of compiling the list.
I adore Thanwa and Tubtin together. They are so natural together. I love how these characters are much different from their previous roles. I have seen it till episode 5 and the story is still flowing well. Not the typical slapnkiss, screaming match show. Loving it!
This drama lacked romantic scenes. No hugs, kisses, pecks or even a real love acknowledgment. What keeps you going? The story was excellent. The murder plot was well crafted. No episode felt like a filler. The ML and FL had great chemistry even though they kept their distance at all times.
Can u plz tell me , i read that there are absolutely no kisses between the leads (too bad but ok fine) BUT is…
So I a digger for ultimate mushy romances. This one doesn’t fall under that line but the love buildup is so sweet. It takes its course as the FL is a high school kid when their interactions start. Give this one a chance. It is so well crafted. It’s really a treat.
This is one show that didn’t go down hill with time. It has sweetness overload. This could have been wrapped up in half the episodes but honestly the plot is so benign that one doesn’t mind watching the story stretched over for no particular reason. This is a light watch so you will have to keep your morals a little on the side. I was furious in the beginning when the family kept making sure that the lead never regains his memory but later I realized, nothing here is 100% ethical. So enjoy it for its sweetness and silliness.
