If anyone is looking to watch this, the whole thing is on YT, but no subs. I'm watching this now in 2022 after seeing Jing Boran on "Us and Them". I'm very late to the party but better late than never, I guess? lol. So far, so good. I'm on episode 8 and I think Jackson's personality is the highlight of the show lol

sooo touching and beautifully done. i'm glad i watched until the end of the credits for jian qing's letter to his dad. i lost count of how many times i cried throughout...def have some tissues with you. also, you know it's an amazing movie when you can't stop thinking about it...i watched this last night and the movie popped into my head multiple times today. it's so good.

Right?? Her character was so bad that it almost seems like they penned her in last minute to add the romance aspect. ugh. I totally agree about WYB - he would've done better without her.

One of my favorite Chinesee actors~ as many said, he's not the best looking, but he always captures my attention whenever he's on screen. So charismatic! On top of acting, he's also a great singer...if you haven't already, definitely watch him in Catch Me by Fire <3

i love his character in Luoyang! he did an amazing job and was such a lovable character. he always stole the scene for me...hoping for more projects from him in the near future!

totally agree with you on this...her character was fine in s1 but it really started to get annoying towards the end (when I realized it was never going to change lol) and i had to speed through her scenes in s2...the way she speaks reminds me of a robot :/

agreed. tbh, i thought sunho did what he did in the beginning because he had feelings for his bff, so he decided to "steal" the girl to make him jealous...but no. this drama makes no sense and is just filled with terrible choices. better to not waste your time on this one.

thank you...you said everything i wanted to say. none of the characters were likeable and it was filled with one bad choice after another. i ended up dropping this after 3 episodes. none of their actions made any sense and many times, i find myself wanting to shake some sense into all of them. ahhh the frustration. the only good thing is...eye candy? but even that didn't hold me over for long
