I don't wanna say goodbye 🥹My eyes are still swollen from Ep. 11 that I had to put ice on them today😅“So…
My favorite quote, too! You have to forgive people. Especially and most importantly, you have to forgive yourself. SY coming out of her room was a beautiful coda to Ep. 11.

Every single scene of this episode was emotional af. It was an amazing ep, but I wish they threw in at least one…
What about Gyeung-Gu’s visit to Seoul to buy shoes? Especially when he wiped his hand on MiJi’s jacket. That made me laugh. We all need a friend like him!

10/10 for sure. Each character arc and side stories have been written so well. And the acting and cinematography…
I couldn’t agree more.

I'll probably be thrown into the fire for this, but it's the best kdrama ever. I'm not going to lie and say that…
I’m with you. But they need to stick the landing. So many shows end up getting downgraded for me because of unsatisfying endings.

Honestly, I like Mirae and I’m not trying to dismiss her experience but would her case be considered sexual…
I think it’s legit, as it was unwanted, unprovoked, and was the spark that led to a hostile work environment. Maybe it needs to be separated out a bit from the subsequent work place bullying, but it definitely is a legit complaint in my opinion from two decades of corporate life.

I fear that five years from now when I think about this drama that has so many great lines, the one I will remember is the grandmother responding to Mi-Rae saying she feels pathetic by saying “I feel pathetic. I can’t even go to the bathroom by myself.” Such perspective. And said with such a straight face. The grandma is the soul of their family!!

Just finished episode 4 and I’m blown away. It’s very very good. I feel this drama got a little vibes of My…
Thank you for this post. I have not been so engrossed in a drama since My Liberation Notes. Agree that the vibe is on depression and loneliness. But also forgiveness. Here, each sister is learning how to forgive herself. It’s amazing to watch, and life affirming, too.

park boyoung's acting is so good that she made me adore miji and get annoyed at the sight of mirae even though…
Love this comment. In the drama, Oh My Ghost, I would always forget it was the same actress whenever the meek and mild cook was possessed by the virgin ghost. Park Bo Young’s acting was that good!! What she’s doing here in Our Unwritten Seoul is even harder. Rather than just imitate another character, here she has wholly created two characters who are the same but different, and yes they always seem like two different actresses to me!

One very small thing that is sticking with me from last episode, is when Hosu sarcastically asks Miji if she wants to give him her apt. door code since she just revealed company confidential information, and then Miji rattles it off right away. I really liked this. Maybe it was intended to show she's naive (it's so hard watching her walk into the traps her coworkers set for her), but with Hosu she is saying in that split second "I trust you; I know you would never harm me." They've never dated up to this point, yet they have a very mature love. And of course Hosu returns that love by giving her some real good legal advice. Great writing, great directing, and of course great acting, especially by the always terrific Park Bo Young.
