Excellent 16 episodes!

It seems 16-episode dramas are scares these days and I am so happy Undercover Miss Hong is 16 episodes. It started out slow but it grows on you! Before you know it, you are in for a wonderful ride. No romance but I like it that way. The friendship was wonderful, pure and true. Overall an excellent watch.

A clusterfreak that’s so weird it’s so good

A dash of religion, a heaping of Korean culture and a handful of middle eastern beliefs. Mix it all together and you get this drama. At first I was liking the direction of wishes showing the good in people and there were sub stories like the vlogger, puppy etc. but somehow those got lost in the chaos and the stories didn’t give depth to the main plot. Half way through, I threw away all logic and expectation and just enjoyed the ride.

Amazing!

I must say the ending was real fan service! I wish it was 16 episodes. I wish I know more about the reign of his brother and more scenes of his majesty cooking for FL. But for 12 episodes, thank you for a rollercoaster ride of emotion and gastronomy. I might have gained. A few pounds watching this!

I need season 2!!!

Each project had a great story. Usually M&As are known to be ruthless, heartless and cutthroat. But what we see hear is different. The lead not only thinks about the company but also the businesses that he gets involved with. Love to hate the antagonist! The actor never fails to impress!

What about the other ghosts?

Overall I loved it. The twists, the ending as well as the time jumps. But what a bout the ghosts? I thought that shamans were supposed to console ghosts so they can move on? What happened to the fire ghost? The ghost hanging from the sign board who later on was even hunted down by the ML? How about our dear puppy Bo-ki? And also the water ghost? I wish they also had closure and was able to move on. I also wish that Second male lead had more scenes and had a girl of his own in the end.

fitting ending

A fitting ending. Even if we sacrifice ourselves, evil will still remain in the world. But is our sacrifice futile? No because for one innocent soul, our sacrifice means the world and that should be enough reason for humanity to prevail/ Maybe just maybe if more people make those sacrifices then in the future there is a chance to fight evil.

Wooga's Hidden Gem: Peakboy

Peakboy is so cute and funny! I've seen PSJ, CWS, PHS & V in lots of different TV shows and interviews but this is the first time I've seen PB. Happy to see how genuine and caring they all are with each other. 1st ep was awesome! Can't wait for the next one.

Best couple award!

Albert is such a scene stealer! I’m hoping he will have more projects in the future. And don’t get me started with Albert’s father! You know it’s going to be a good drama if he’s there! The scene when Albert talked to his dad was an epic comedy skit! Perfect timing! Also, As expected from a seasoned actor, his dad was so in character even when he couldn’t light the cigarette. Best couple award!!!

The closure I needed

Everything came to a close neatly and beautifully. First, the time jump to the next life - the lantern wish came true. The brother who I though was just a side character turned out to be just acting that way for the sake of his sister. The villain’s realization and acceptance of defeat. The saecons male lead misunderstood confused but grew and found who he really is. What a pleasant cameo from the man from the moon! All in all a great drama to watch.

Romance, bromance and uncle’s unconditional love

This was a nice feel good series. No ultimate villain, no makjang level scenarios. You’ll fall in love with the town and the community. Even her mom who I initially thought was selfish and conceited wasn’t. For the initial setup for the dad backstory I thought it would play as a big turning point but it turned out he was just a side character whose main purpose was the chicken soup.

Blast from the past

I just recently watched Tokyo water police and stingers. I couldn’t believe the assistant is the head in stingers. The chief in Tokyo water police looks the same.

Should have been 16 eps

I feel that this should have been 16 episode and scenes or cases were cut. On the least episode about suni I don’t see the relevance of that in any episode. The only connection I could make was that the best friend and his employees are there but suni wasn’t really mentioned there. I feel like there is something missing

Finger heart ending

Each character was vital to the team and I love how they grew and contributed. That finger heart... was so unexpected and out of character! haha. There's still one thing that bothers me.. it's the sniper! How did the sniper know? I hope there's season 2! Oh and that salt-water drinking cameo.. another lol!

Started with tacos, ended with tacos

I am so happy with the genuine friendship these three guys have shown. One a comedian and viriety show king, another a swoon-worthy leading man and another and maknae wth a golden voice and mischievous smile. Different personalities but they get along so well together. Special shout out to the company auditor haha he is so stoic it's so funny.

The end…

Of loneliness, guilt, doubt, injustice, misunderstanding and more.This was a great drama to watch! Has all the elements I like-romance, comedy, mystery. I like that no one really stood out as a killer. I was suspicious of everyone but no one seem to be bad and ruthless enough to do the murder. Feel good right up to the end.
