No, not yet. It's only released in Asian countries so far, on different channels, in Japan, India and Thailand.

Maybe because it's not that popular they don't rush to translate it. A lot of smaller films and shows only translated to other languages thanks to the actors fanclubs.

It's advertised as youth romance, but the only character who acts like a young teen is Grand Prince Hwa Seong. The male lead is not much of a playboy to label him that and half of the characters' relationships and storylines are not developed. Even the actors expressed regrets that they didn't have scenes together.

ChannelK India teaser has English subtitles. Maybe they will have official subtitles, it will be available from March 5th. It's related to Amazon Prime, I don't know if subscription required for it.
