Power imbalance and age gaps are in almost every romantic k-drama, but only when it's teacher and student it's suddenly creepy.

In another drama the female character fell in love and stayed with the guy who abused her and made her suffer to the point she nearly wanted to end her life, and people say it's their favorite drama. The standards for what is creepy are so weird sometimes.
