new Drama filming: Phoenix Dances Nine Heavenshttps://m.weibo.cn/detail/5273410726267133
The English title should be "The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng," which is shown on the poster. I submitted a ticket to change the title 5 days ago, but it still hasn’t been updated. Could anyone help with this?
I’ve watched The Truth up to episode 22, and overall it’s a reasonably OK and watchable drama. It may not have a strong “wow” factor or particularly memorable twists, but it maintains a steady and consistent tone throughout. The cases are relatively straightforward and are woven together with the everyday aspects of police work. It focuses more on the investigative process and team dynamics rather than high-intensity drama
As for ratings, I noticed that one of the top Chinese dramas of 2026 so far — a crime/police series with over 34 million views per episode and a heat index above 10,000 on iQIYI — hasn’t performed well on this site. It has fewer than 750 watchers here, only 95 ratings, and just a couple of reviews.
It seems that serious or realistic dramas often struggle to receive high ratings on this platform. The majority of users appear to prefer romance-focused stories, and that audience continues to grow. As a result, other genres, especially more grounded crime or procedural dramas, may not generate the same level of engagement here despite good performance elsewhere.
Getting very tired of Chinese production companies changing major parts of novel/donghua adaptations. Whether…
I agree, but the actor is cute. This is the first time I’ve seen him in a drama, and watching a grown man in his 30s act like a five-year-old is pretty fun.
Did anyone else who finished watching think her death was very much of a cop out? You have this crazy battle where…
In the novel, she shielded the male lead and was shot through the chest by Xie Zai Ye’s arrow. Her father brought her back to Medicine King Valley for treatment. He didn’t want SMY to ever see her again and told SCH to tell him that she was dead. He said that because BHH’s mother had died after meeting him, and if BHH had never met SMY, she would have remained carefree and innocent — not ended up in such a tragic situation.
Kudos to Ahn Ji Ho. First, watched him in Nobody Knows - a lovely, kind and adorable kid. Then, All of Us Are Dead - a wimpy character. And this one, a cute little queer. Have never disappointed in him for portraying his roles.
Lee Je Hoon is such a great, charm and talent actor. I just finished Taxi Driver, he is fully a different character here. This is a very lovely and heartwarming show that already made me cry at the first two episodes and I know it will be more toward the end. Love it.
This is the best Korean drama I have watched so far this year. I usually don't have a good feeling with JNR's characters but her character here really hit me hard and grew well in me. Love both of the lead. Season 2 plz.
On the other hand, there are also lawyers who are empathetic to people and stand up for them. I'm telling this…
If you love your job, you just keep it with you. People want to become or not become something is very personal. I didn't degrade or compare lawyer jobs to any kind of jobs
This drama sells us the plot not traffic actors and it does well. But the first 20 episodes is better than the rest when the script falls off balance at the end. The FL doesn't have any development in the story and becomes the side character and her acting doesn't help either while the ML just stands out and steals the show. Thank 4 it. I Love the ML character. He is my kind of man IRL.
