6 episodes in and not much has been explained and I find the show to be quite boring. Still questioning the writer/s attempting a show with the sci-fi theme of freezing time.
This show is just the worst. Because we all know the leads will end up together and that is the worst possible way to end this show. Surprise me writers.
The concept for this show is so strange. I just don't know if I can get onboard with it. Freezing time means everything in the entire universe freezes at once. Not just locally. At least when he froze time away from the FL it showed time frozen also for the FL.
But there are so many plot holes with this type of sci-fi. How are the reapers/gods not able to track him down easily when he has been doing it for a long time? He is in his 30's probably in the show.
Now I understand why I hate this drama so much. It reminds me of "Temperature of Love", except I love the FL actress from that show.
FL does nothing to instill trust and equal emotional investment in their relationship. And flimsily breaks it off. Keeps the 2nd ML around and doesn't establish or at least enforce boundaries.
This is one of those shows where I'd rather see the leads end up with someone else, but since they are the leads they will no doubt end up together. I hope the ending at least makes sense and isn't rushed like it was in "Temperature of Love".
Predictable and I'm not a fan of the ML actor at all. And his character is full of contradictions. I like the FL actress, but also hate her character. She really doesn't make much of an effort to stop leading the other guy on. And at the same time the nice guy ML is going to be misunderstood for helping his fellow officer one time leading to the inevitable conflict and 2nd breakup to lead into the 3rd act.
I'd probably be able to put up with the cliche and predictable plot if not for the characters and ML actor.
She is either going to get together with the 2nd guy in the next couple episodes or stay close friends with him while breaking up with the ML. Friend zoning the 2nd ML, but also not quite shutting the door. ML probably dives into work and is alone in the beginning of the 3rd arc. Predictable.
Yep, the worst has happened. Can’t find it subbed on any of my backup sites!! I’m so afraid of how long we’ll…
Backup sites probably pirate the subs from Dramafever to begin with. Looks like we are all stuck without a provider for Eng subs for this show. Kocowa doesn't handle the network this show is on, so Viki probably won't touch it either.
Netflix/Amazon? sigh...
-also DF is refunding people. Keep an eye on your email. Even monthly subscribers should get a prorated refund.
viu, kocowa, viki if you prefer legal site and tons of illegal site out there
Guess I should have specified US. :)
Looks like Kocowa and Netflix/Amazon? are the only providers now for the US. And I'm not aware of Netflix/Amazon having many of the newer shows. Plus searching on Netflix stinks! Really wish Netflix would have a more comprehensive category search.
Guess I'll find out next week. Devilish Joy is not being subbed anymore though as I think only Dramafever had that one.

Kocowa doesn't deal with jTBC and TvN. We might struggle to see subs for this show starting next week, even on the the illegal stream sites because they originally get them from the legitimate sites.
This was really shocking and out of the blue to me. Not sure where I will get my jTBC and TvN content in the future now. Viki is so hit and miss. And I really liked having the subscription and ad-free app on my Roku. Also it had a ton of older show content that I could go back and rewatch that wasn't available on Viki.
Not a big fan of Kocowa's selection of shows. I'll miss Dramafever. Hopefully another provider steps in and picks up those networks' shows.
Anyone know if there will be another provider picking up this show and other jTBC and TvN network shows? Dramafever disappearing was a big hassle. I liked having the app on my TV.
SKJ's character reallllllly irks me. I cannot stand the pettiness, how easily he gets frustrated and how he only…
They both don't appear to be very good matches for each other. The ML is insecure and petty as a result. The FL is emotionally distant and indecisive. ML is pressuring and FL can't make up her mind while she is already dating someone.
They better do a good job of explaining his prosthetics and how he was able to hold up a car. Because without some sort of super strength in his entire body, his other leg and spine should have been crushed.
What plot holes are ppl talking about?? Lol I don’t see them.
The only real glaring one to me is how inept the NIS is at their jobs. He is out in plain sight often and not even attempting to hide, yet they somehow can't locate him. He is caught on plenty of CCTV.
They completely rushed getting his memory back and the end. That made no sense. I was surprised they spent so long with the ML not having his memory. There was very little exploration into recovering the ML's memories and time spent on that. And the big bad villain... was only really focused on in a couple episodes.
They dragged out the middle bit too long and the ending was too short. Needed another 10-15 episodes to properly go through that ending with the middle filler bit,
Hmm, so I'm 4 episodes in and I already find this irredeemably average. Lot's of filler and recycled plot gimmicks…
I really like this PD's dramas, so I was glad to see one of my favorite actresses in the PD's drama again. Hated her last one so much. It has cheesy aspects, but has been good fluff so far.
I expected a major divergence from the movie. There was simply no way they could remake the movie as a 16 episode drama. It would be costly and require a lot of effort because of the constant changes to the main character's appearance (lots of actors/actresses). I feel like they are doing a decent job of mixing that illness from the movie and also the ML's illness.
You might be right about not having enough to cover for 16 episodes though. We shall see.
