Is it the actress Baek Jin Hee or the character Jin Woo? The accent bothers me so much though. I simply find it annoying and I remember it turning me off of her character in Jugglers as well. It comes across very childish and not the kind of childish naivety you can grow to adore (at least for me). I've only watched her in Jugglers and this one.
Besides that I love the direction and story the show is telling. This series always does a good job.
OMG I cannot stand the sister. Lee Seo Yeon from ep 1 to 3. Once I see more maybe her character will change...…
Different tastes. I absolutely love her character. And she was really funny as a side comedy character in Waikiki as well. And the way they are tying everything together from the past is enjoyable to watch unfold.
honestly, this show suprises me every week. the stories are all so real, so important, so usually untold.
I agree. This show is the gem of the current season or run of shows airing. The characters are enjoyable and each one has a story to tell. And a lot of stereotypes are being fought.
I want to like this, but I'm having a hard time so far. Maybe it will get better I tell myself each week. I'll give it a bit longer. But the weak plots and writing to start with have been a real hindrance. I don't really buy the behavior of anyone, especially the leads. Their reasoning for almost everything they do is nonsensical and not the least bit believable.
I'm definitely not enjoying this as much as I'd like to. And I think this is one of those shows that tends to…
His wife is viewed as a monster because she snaps at her husband for not holding up his end of the marriage and his word. They both aren't perfect, but Ji Sung as a husband was lazy. He sees his wife in a new light when they never got together. And then his new wife doesn't match what he wants out of a marriage and life.
This is a predictable plot. He and the new wife are going to grow apart because of a difference in ideals. He wants kids. I'm sure the rich wife's parents view it as marrying down and don't want them to have kids. She is going to cheat on him with the younger guy giving him a moral "out". He is going to realize the mistakes he previously made in his marriage and remedy them.
And now the mother of his previous wife appears to remember some things from the altered timelines? I guess that is the interesting part of the show so far.
I'm definitely not enjoying this as much as I'd like to. And I think this is one of those shows that tends to send a lot of bad messages instead of good ones.
Why do these shows produced or supported by Viki appear to be written by teenage fans? Poor writing and throwing in as many dramas cliches as possible just for the sake of having them.
Really like Shin Hye Sun in this role. She was great in "Blue Sea" as well as a supporting comedy relief. She has a quirky humor that fits well and reminds me a lot of Jun Ji Hyun who starred in "Blue Sea".
Not as sold on Yang Se Jong. And the tape measuring is one of the dumbest things I've seen a drama do in a while. And neither funny or cute. Hopefully I'll warm up to his character.
I actually prefer that she was killed off if they are bringing the male lead back and not continuing on with Soo…
I get where you are coming from. And I know it would be much more realistic for him to experience a break-up. But I'd rather the relationship end not because of some silly made up drama to introduce a new actress and new season. That is why I prefer the death.
That is what really bothers me with a lot of American sitcoms. So wishy washy.
Is it really necessary to kill Soo Ji to end their relationship? Can't the writers just make them break up or…
I actually prefer that she was killed off if they are bringing the male lead back and not continuing on with Soo Ji. I don't enjoy the shows as much knowing the characters break up. We invest our time in these characters and their relationships.
Show would have been better if they got rid of the whole child hood friend nonsense. Its just so forced and cliche.…
The entire premise has been that he wants her to like him for who he is as an adult and not for saving her when they were children. It has been brought up numerous times in the show. Her finding out who he really was when they were children is a bonus.
That ending was flat. The entire show was flat. The plot was too thin. There wasn't any substance. It started out good and they just couldn't carry the show beyond the first few episodes. Glad I didn't waste much time watching entire episodes after the first few weeks.
Am I the only one that is slowly starting to get bored with this drama? Don't get me wrong. The beginning was…
This isn't real life, but the plot isn't that far out there. He was comfortable having her by his side until she threatened to change that dynamic by quitting. He took her for granted and their situation until the dynamic changed.
The underlying plot is the kidnapping and the lies surrounding it. Unraveling the mystery between him and his brother.
The plot is very predictable, but most shows are. Not much surprises us. I personally find this type of show very enjoyable. I think if you are bored this plot-type isn't your cup of tea. It was never going to be anything more than a cute rom-com with a bit of mystery and some angst.
You REALLY are misinformed about this. Glue sniffing is definitely a problematic thing - it's cropped up as problematic…
So far all you have done is attack and make condescending remarks about my intelligence. I have done neither. My initial comment was joking about how the show handled an issue and not the issue itself. But interpret it how you want and attack away. If there was an ignore feature I'd be using it.
I never find it believable when a character does a complete 180 on their personality to suit the show's need for manufactured drama. Case in point - Eun Tae's noona.
One weird thing about this drama is when they meet up with that high powered Chinese speaker. Like does he understand…
Cdramas are the worst at doing this. No surprise that a Chinese individual was involved in this. Cdramas tend to butcher everything when it comes to using foreign languages or foreigners.
So would you say it's a good watch until episode 27-ish? I'm interested in this drama because of Vanness Wu but…
Yes. I enjoyed the 1st half. But I had zero desire to patiently sit through every episode for the 2nd half. It was the exact same plot all over again. And no one had learned from their previous mistakes. Just watch the 1st half and then skip to the last couple episodes. You really won't miss much.
Soo Ah is so vicious as well. Like a cute cuddly teddy bear you want to hug that stabs you in the back after you hug it.
Besides that I love the direction and story the show is telling. This series always does a good job.

I also never mentioned I was informed either as I posed it as a question. Sorry if I took offense to your response, but it was quite condescending.
