āwe do not get answers about what happened to Honda or Pasinās sonāAgain, are people not actually watching…
I watched season 1 and I thought that is hard to miss that Honda is dead. So making this comment i thought that is not necessary to write ā what happened to Honda that he lost his voiceā. And I want to say that it would be nice to know what happened to Pasinās son after Jinman rescue him⦠ššš
I do not want to spoiler anything to people who not watched it yet, so thought that all who watched understand it without⦠like you say āspoon feeding every single informationā. And you are absolutely right about peopleās comprehension skills nowadaysā¦
The comment about not waching is unnecessary in my opinion.
I like season one better, not because of story, but the way the whole story was presented. It was much more entertaining to watch a part of the story and then go back in time, learn more and later see the main story in different perspective.
I love episode one when we learn events from season one from Jung Jinman point of view. The epsiodes with Jian on the island also was interesting. Firstly she suspects Ujin and later gets to know truth about his action. I also like the last episode when for a moment we go back and see the meeting between Q and Jung Jinman or ambush prepared by codered. But all in between⦠sometimes it was boring.
It would be more interesting to see more retrospective scenese. I know that story in season two will be harder to show that way, but in my opinion it wasnāt impossible. For example Pasin. The reason why he do what he do can be shown afterwards not before.
Instead we got many hints about whatās to happen in the future ( secret passage, motor scene, mole) and we do not get answers about what happened to Honda or Pasinās son. If the storytelling was similar to season one, season two would be much better.
It's weird watching a kdrama that was partially filmed in the city you are living. It was even weirder when So Ji Sub suddenly started speaking Polish and for a few seconds you understood everything without subtitles... š
Iā ve finished it a few days ago and i think it is great series but⦠i have a question. Iām thinking about it for a some time but I canāt solve it⦠whatās the meaning of ā3ź°ā whitch Jin So Beak write on Eun Su paper in episode 1 ?
Maybe it isnāt the best series iāve ever watched but it had something⦠During watching it you almost can feel some āfanthom-feelingā of Mun Ju. First you feel scared about a war and if it comes. Think about who is a spy and who is the villain. Second you donāt care about it because you are witnessing a one of the best romance on the screen. The question from who is really Stella change to āif it be happy endingā? Third, the dangerous of war come back and is hard to think about other things. The betrayal, false acusation. Every episode reveals something new. Next the choice. Escape or fight. MunJu isnā t a person who leave everythingā¦The choice is obvious. And has consequences. They couldnāt be together when she decide to come back to politics. Sanho coudnāt be a husband to Mrs President. And last like MunJu you are heartbroken at the end.
I'm telling myself that the ML already took a bullet for the FL in ep 7, so he won't take another one. Right?…
yes! And they have already used scenes with a flashback of their most important moments together in episode 6. So they would not use it again! ( and it is what the whiters use often in the final episode-melodrama/trauma moment xD)
So underrated. It deserves much better raitings. Great cinematography. Best mix of happiness and sadness. Beautiful OST. And this criminal mystery full of cliffhangers :) What more could you want.
For me even the side stories in dramas who do not impact main plot are important and make it more interesting. Everyone has their own opinion.
And I want to say that it would be nice to know what happened to Pasinās son after Jinman rescue him⦠ššš
