truer words were never spoken!! i think many who have only seen her in vincenzo underestimate her acting ability (and even there she was phenomal, people just misunderstood her character traits there as "overacting" which is nonsense tbh). JYB is a true a chamelon actor, there's been many times where i've read people had trouble recognizing it's her in different dramas. i doubt she'll have any problems with a double role. what is also funny to me is when i read people complaining/worrying about how she will portray a high school student when she quite literally has won like a dozen awards for her breakout film "After My Death" in which she's a high school student. and she was just a rookie back then. she will do just fine here.
i'm more worried about Ahn Hyo Seop, personally he hasn't impressed me at all yet with his acting, i always thought he was just fine in the shows i've seen him in. and fine isn't bad at all, i just worry it will be not be enough to live up to the original which people are praising so much. especially when it comes to chemistry with his female co-stars, i think he's just not as good as other male actors (AHS stans don't crucify me for this lol). although JYB is known for having chemistry with all her co-stars so maybe it will work out fine. i guess we'll just have to see :p

looks like the fish kiss is alive and well in kdrama 😂 i guess i will put it on hold indefinitely, that doesn't sound very exciting. i honestly didn't mind bona's from what i've seen so far and wasn't particurlarly worried about it at the beginning because i kept hearing how good she was in 2521, but that could have been the stans talking :p

to give him the benefit of the doubt (he also said mademoiselle in ep 3) he probably did it on purpose to seem ~flirty~ haha. all his other italian phrases were gramatically correct for the most part so the writer has no reason to accidentally fuck up a simple sentence like that, hence why i like to think that it's intentional xD
