Love how everyone here singlehandedly agrees this drama is THE hidden gem of 2022. It's a pity it flew under the radar this much due to all the heavy hitters that were airing at the same time, it absolutely deserves more viewers.
I honestly have nothing to complain about with this show, like not even a tiny thing, and that's super rare for me because usually there's always something that bothers me but here that's not the case. It's a full package!
Hope the quality stays the same until the end and the rating can go a bit higher! ππ«
annoying I guess just by being the typical SML who starts liking the FL after ML enters the picture, nothing extraordinary. But as of the recent developments the purpose of his character became something "more", so he doesn't just stay as that ;)
I thought these were stills from the drama, I got so excited but they're actually from a teaser :') Hope we get to see one more scene where she does a magic show with him.
He is/was still a bit stuck in the past-life memories. You gotta take in account that he "lived" that life for…
That might be the case for you, but remember in his case it's a much bigger deal. Imo it's not really comparable to real life because here it's not a normal dream, but literally his past life (and because this is a k-drama, lmao). Not only has he been dreaming about it for an entire month, again, he's practically "relived" everything that happened, so everything felt incredibly real to him. When he woke up and saw Seul Hae next to him his emotional reaction was so extreme because to him, she's died a tragic death just minutes ago.

Agree! Had to comment on it too just now, I think people are overreacting a little bit. I like your example with video games, that's exactly what it feels like. And we still have 4 episodes left!
Lmao y'all Cha Woong didn't change all that much after he woke up?? He was already slowly softening up since previous episodes after he's become more comfortable liking Seul Hae. I mean remember how he prepared her a birthday party and sang her a song and Seul hae thought it was so OOC of him? Him preparing a lunchbox for her? π He's been whipped for a while, just super in denial about it. But he's honest about it now after realizing what she means to him.
So yeah it does seem a bit out of the blue, but it's because he just got out of the coma and the lines between the present and his past life are a bit blurred for him. He's probably gonna adjust after a bit. The memories (and painful feelings) of the past are still fresh.
Serious respect to the entire production team and cast. All those who played dual roles in the past and present…
Totally agree on Kim Jong Hoon! His portrayal as Hee Soo wasn't anything super remarkable until now but after that twist his acting chops are really showing, it's great.
TBH i dont mind a kiss I love their interactions, after witnessing the slow burn but perfect chemisty with Vincenzo…
yeah π I'm seeing a lot of parallels too, like the ML who acts cold and cool but is actually the biggest dork, the "partners in crime" vibe and the goddamn floor lamp from ep 14 (noticed that one? xD)
do I have to watch s1 to understand this? I tried watching s1 but it feels weird seeing YYS after hospital playlist
do give the first season a go, it's great! the backstory of the main character (dr. kim) is shown and you'll have more context to the relationships. YYS's character has really good development

ok as a fellow Vincenzo fan I gotta ask, did your mind also jump back to Chacenzo during the sacrifice scene?? Ik this sort of scene happens a lot in dramas but omg him kneeling while she has a weapon held to her head, then her jumping in front of him to protect him from the attack and taking the hit herself... I'll never be free from them istg
I FF through the Hee-soo/Evil Spirit possession part, but am I correct in thinking that the Evil Spirit chose…
I think it's because he recognized that Hee Soo likes her? There was a flashback where the evil spirit saw Seul Hae and Hee Soo talking in front of the police station and Hee Soo patting her head. But it really makes sense he possessed him because like him, Hee Soo has feeling for Seul Hae while she likes someone else. Evil spirit really committed to being the 3rd wheel even 2,000 yrs later lmao
The preview lmao, thought it's a promo or something LOL! Anyway, can't wait for next week!π₯° Loving every moment!
SAME π For once I finally watched until the end and had thought they trolled us with PHJ doing some kinda promo video instead of giving the preview lol
I meeeeean i always suspected even expected it to happen, but not as quickly as the drama did. I was really thinking…
As a slow-burn enjoyer, I don't mind it that much but I kind of agree we definitely NEED a kiss between them before the last episode. It'd be a waste of their awesome chemistryπ₯Ί
Omg the way Cha Woong did a complete "180" in his behaviour i'm dying- the employees were rightfully shocked πππ I cried so much for Choi Geom, what happened was totally different than what I expected but makes so much sense. I really hope they can sort it out and Cha Woong can let go of the feelings from the past. Also can't believe it but that twist at the end!! You guys saw it coming. The stakes are really rising at an alarming speed, can't wait to find out what happens next.
