thank you for your review. I was wondering why it had low ratings too and felt kind of sad about it. But I'm still going to watch it. BTW, where did you watch this drama? I can't seem to find it in Kissasian.
What I got from the start of the show was that it was straight up hilarious with lots of giggly restrictive romance…
@BlackPanther I haven't seen this drama yet but it's in my watch list, I just couldn't help my self on clicking that spoiler tag. Heh!
I TOTALLY AGREE with you about the script and OST's of TvN. This is partly the reason I only pick dramas from cable show and not from the major networks anymore. Their stories are more diverse and not limited to what the network wants them to do.
Another thing about the OST, if you've seen the Drama Korean Odyssey, I get the scene comparisons you are talking about because they also used sound tracks from really popular movies and dramas into those funny scenes. And if you're a drama/movie buff who's keen on music, you'd totally get the reference and LOL at it the whole time. No words were needed for the scene just the gestures and the music will tell you how hilarious the whole thing is. I definitely liked your comment about the whole thing. ^_^v
moo hyeol from six flying dragon is a character created for drama. he is not real whereas moohyeol from this drama…
@Avina Ash Hi! I thought Moo Hyul from six flying dragons was real? Where did you get this info? In history he was known to be one of the best swordsman, what I'm not sure though is it's prior to Goryeo period of from Jeoson one.
"all explained" Really? There are at least 2 important unexplained things :P madam x and things in his cabinet
THAT is what made me score this 2points lesser. I love the fluff and the cute and how they wrapped the lie in a nicely done resolution but Madam X just killed it for me and him being all alone as a kid. It just doesn't add up. But anyways it was an enjoyable drama as it is.
This is such a nice review. It made me want to watch the drama. I wish all reviews were as straightforward as yours and not much mixed with biased on the artist but being spot on the characters and the story instead. Thanks for this! ^_^
My favorite thing about Korean culture is the FOOD! Who doesn't like their food? From simple dishes such as kimbap & ramyeon to those authentic one such as kimchi & samyeopsal??? Come on guys... I know anyone who've watched KDrama cannot resist eating ramyeon or korean beef after they see the artist stuff their faces. Let's just admit it, their food is awesome.
This article is awesome though. The comparisons are spot on thanks for posting this!
