He is definitely a household name in Japan since he has a lot of leading characters in movies and dramas. MDL users should open up their eyes to this guy! *raises a banner for protest*
I would agree though with Suzuki Ryohei, the guy is terribly underrated. He should have more opportunities as lead characters but unfortunately, producers only see him as supporting character. :(

I was looking for your favorite word "flips universe" hahaha! I took a dip in the pool earlier and tried to forget about the whole emptiness feeling. When I got home, its still there. I wonder if there's another drama that could surpass this? The last time I enjoyed a sageuk drama like this up to the very end was Jewel in the Palace. Tree With Deep Roots was great, but it was just too heart breaking up to the very end. While here in SFD, it was simply tightly knitted together. I think they still have plans for a future awesome drama which they would be able to tie in SFD and TWDR together.
