Any latest suggestions for jdrama's? Isa palang naka line up sakin. Ang last ko natapos nun ay yung Jin pa. After nun wala nang Jdrama. :( si Ikuta Toma at Inoue Mao lang naman kasi sinusundan ko dun. Pwede rin si Junpei Mizubata. Kaso wala pa silang Ok na drama lately.

True, it was so annoying that the magistrate could not kick the ass of his kidnappers. He even fought with the grim ripper and trained with the jade master for pete's sake but he still couldn't take on a bunch of powerless human bully? It was frustrating. The ending also killed me. They could have done something about that other than putting him in a wormhole. I hate the fact they put the magistrate into the black abyss, there was no proper closure for his soul. The reincarnation thing did not work for me as well, why let the kid arang have her memory from the past while the magistrate doesn't have it? I couldn't put all that in the review hence I spoil an interested watcher. But watching all the episodes were still fun because both Lee Jun Ki and Shin Min Ah were an eye candy and the story wasn't THAT bad if I look at the whole thing.
Thought this drama was just a bad waste of time, I rate it a 3/10. If you're wondering as to why, you can just…
@bluemoon, sometimes the coffee menu is deceiving! Even the trailer was deceiving, I thought this drama was going to scare the pants out of me. lolz.
@yemsols, Maybe it's on the perspective of a watcher and not on gender related issue? (just my two cents) oh and it's cool if you try out more episodes, but I also have a hunch that you might still have the same opinion. I have a feeling you're not into the FLUFF kind of drama and this one is THAT type of drama even with the ghosts hovering around. But good luck with watching though. :)

ngayon kolang narealize, kaya pala laging naka long sleeves si Ji-sub. OMO! Napansin morin ba yung tattoo ni Hyo-jin sa finger nya? Kaya ganun nalang kung makapag singsing - para matakpan ang tattoo. cute. >_<

...but the thing is, I had to react on your comment about the Arang and the Magistrate comparing it to the Master's Sun. The only thing that both drama's have in common is their ghost themed story line but the rest is so different. AATM was a good drama, I had to agree with that - but it had too many loopholes and unresolved issues up to the very end. It was also more of a thriller and not much on the Rom-com side. In AATM You get the funny because of the tag lines and not because of the story itself. The characters were also a bit inconsistent specially Arang. So I had to say, AATM have it's own charm if the viewer is really into that kind of drama.
I have a whole review for ATTM as well,if you're curious enough about my point of view do check it out. Sorry I had to post this, because I find it strange when people review a drama without finishing the whole thing, its really misleading.

I has to lol at @94loveKdrama comment as well. That was a really funny comment.
As for Mr. Yemsols - I find your review rather enlightening seeing that it comes from guy's perspective on dramas and I am guessing you tried checking this out because of the horror theme in it. Am I right? Although I am a tad bit disappointed with the review because it seems like you judged the drama by a few tad of episodes and the story was just starting by then - the comments you have placed in your review like the fact that the female protagonist freaks out of ghosts despite seeing them so often: The drama actually answers that in the long run if you stuck with it until the end, all your angst and questions were actually answered all through out the succeeding episodes after episode 3.
I guess this drama wasn't just your type that's why you had that kind of out take on it. So I respect that.
It's not one of the best I've seen, I felt like the plot dragged out a lot. But the pairing between SJS and GHJ…
I so much agree with the hand gestures. I dreamed about that after watching the final episode. haha...

You have pretty much convinced me on watching it again. Since I'm waiting for the next episode for Master's Sun I picked up Love Rain again... the slow pace is just killing me. I can't wait for it to get to the present and know how the kids would deal with it.
I loved The Classic, I still just can't feel the resemblance in here though, maybe because I'm still in the first 3 episodes. I just need more push. ^_^v

That's a sports drama right? I haven't seen it yet. I'm pretty curious about the JDrama Yamada and the Seven Witches, the synopsis sounds like fun. :)

I just finished "I hear your voice" it is a good drama. Will be recommending it for those who have insights about justice, but I am currently hooked to "Master's Sun". That drama is horrifyingly funny. The ghosts are creepy but the story line is endless fun even with the ghosts. I'm not a fan of the main characters, but they are so good in this drama and I could feel the chemistry in it.

I think my slow paced drama watching fever has worn off. I had that kind of phase a few years back when I have dramathoned on a list of kdrama with slow-paced heart wrenching story lines and I guess I had my fill, that's why I am now sticking up with my favorite genre which is Romcom. Watching drama's sometimes affects my perspective in life that's why I keep them light these days.
Is Love Rain some sort of heavy drama? I already have all the episodes and couldn't bring myself to sneak a peak into some of the episodes. I hate doing that.

now that you have mentioned that, i think i'm going to give it another try. last time i attempted on watching it was around last year. i love jang geun suk but the drama has this really slow pace which makes me restless and it had so much unsaid love issues.
as for my latest drama, i am currently watching "i hear your voice". it's about law but it's pretty interesting. what i would like to recommend though is "master's sun". it's creepy, funny and romantic all in one package. i think its pretty worth your time. :)

Hmmm... I have nothing light and easy to suggest because I myself have been hooked up in several drama's which made me cry as well. Oh but if you want to check out old drama's you might like Answer me 1997 or Queen In Hyun's Man.
Those are my top drama's from last year :)
I just finished Gu Family Book and wrote a review about it... you might want to check it out if you have time. The drama might interest you.
