The female character wasn't really one of my favorite, but this made me laugh my ass out. >__<

Oh... I LOVE King 2 Hearts.
That would have reached my Top 5 for this year. The story was quite awesome and sad at the same time. I love the fight scenes as well. Too sad about the security guy though :(
I haven't seen Mao's latest movie yet, I still couldn't find it anywhere :(

Ha! you said it. I guess I'll have to see for my self. Will now put it in my "TO Watch" list :)
Can someone please update his Bio?
I noticed that he is missing his 2008 dramas.
He played as Iesada - a key role for Atsu Hime.
He was also a supporting actor for Koori no Hana on that same year.

Ma Boy is a Romantic Comedy. It's cute too >_< It's Like seeing Pil-suk and Jason all over again, except on a trans-gender way. lolz
Dolphin Bay is one of my classic dramas. It's pretty old but a really good one. What I really liked about this drama is the fact that lead female has a really nice voice and it also helped that the 2nd leads are good good looking too(I'm such a sucker for good looking actors and actresses), and most of all, it has a really substantial story line... well it's the usual poor kid - getting rich and all that cliche, but that didn't matter much to me because I love the execution of the characters which didn't dull out the story for me.

Ooops.. I have to apologize but I have an absolute bias when it comes to Son Ye Jin - the main actress of White Night is my favorite. But then I like her because she is THAT kind of actress who takes her roles to the next level. :)
The Korean movie version was as dark and thrilling as Byakuyako. Odd and confusing in some places, but the execution of the actors made up for it.
The Japanese version would be the "Faster Paced" version of the Drama. Since the drama had more time to throw out the conflicts, the Movie was more like a bomb. Slowly ticking until everything blows up - story line and characters. It was still great to watch, you could fill in the spaces since you have already seen the drama but also be left with a few questions as to why they left out some stuff and there were a few loopholes.

Sorry, it took me forever to reply.
I noticed how your "to watch list" overlapped your "completed list", so I realized that your "out of proportion" was actually an understatement. LOL.
BTW, I dig your post about Yaaay and Naaays. I seriously LOLed at the Take Care of Us, Captain in the Naaays category. That drama was such a bummer I just had to drop it up to episode 6 or 7. I don't even remember clearly because that's how pathetic that Drama ended up for me. It had a substantial story line to work with, but they just looped around and dragged it about.
Oh! Before I forget, you do like JDramas right? I have a two suggestions in mind. That is if you don't mind adding it up in your out of proportion "to watch list". ^_^v
Do try to check out Love Shuffle and Keizoku 2: Spec.
Both drama's are interesting in their own special way.

Have you seen the Korean version of Byakuyako? I believe they also made a movie for it in Japan with Horikita Maki as the female lead.

I sort of had second thoughts when I read some reviews and synopsis for the drama. I'm afraid it would end up like watching "Hungry!" I watched it because of Mukai Osamu but got tired right before it ended.
Have you finished it? Can you spoil me a bit? LOL.
Do I get a happy ending or not? (I'm a sucker for happy endings and Shun doesn't always GET to have the woman which is sad.)
Btw, Juui Dolittle is still in my list and Oguri Shun is the main guys in it along with Inoue Mao. I still haven't finished the drama to save my life. lolz.

Hey thanks for the add up :)
I love your top one Kdrama - Queen In Hyun's Man is my 2012 Rom-Com Kdrama high light so far, but The Moon That Embraces the Sun would be my sageuk melodrama highlight of this year. Have you checked it out yet?
Btw, you might want to check out Ma Boy just for kicks. It has only 3 episodes and generally entertaining for a light heart rom-com cuteness.

BTW, have you checked out Ma Boy yet? It's like dream high except for the gender bender story line and the fact that it's only a 3 episode mini series.

I love your top 5's BTW. From the Dramas up to the actors.
If I had 5 slots for Korean Actors - Jang Geun Suk and Kim Soo Hyun would have made the cut. Definitely. ^_^v

Btw, where did you dl/watch Usagi drop?
I also looked through your Drama Listing - I LOVE THE LIST. If I could shove in Queen In Hyun's Man and Love Shuffle in my own list, I would... but there's just five :( so I guess I'm moving it up for my top 10 instead. My top 5 is so Old School, but the latest dramas has not yet topped any of my old school list.
BTW, I love the fact that The Classic and Duelist is in your top 5 movies as well. *thumbs up*
