this show fully got me into BL, before i had only watched a few shows a couple years ago but this masterpiece took ahold of me last year and i'm still obssessed with it now.

I have so many feelings about this show. It's so good, but there's also so much wrong with it. Why did they literally kill all my favorite characters???? Everyone was so miserable at the end. If I were Ruoxi, I genuinely might have just killed myself after Yutan died. I can't understand why she still forgave the Emperor, but it did make for a good ending. I don't think I'll watch season 2, but I will go watch the Korean remake before the Thai one comes out, which is why I watched this one in the first place, to compare versions. Overall, I really did like it, though.

Park and Chet were the best part of the series, everything else was terrible. Huge waste of time

I watched this on a plane today (spoiler, bad idea) and I cried so hard that the lady in the aisle over reached out to squeeze my arm in comfort. Great movie

Secrets Happened on the Litchi Island is like a binge-in-one-day kind of show because it's so short, definitely worth it, and then you can do smth else

I haven't seen this yet, but I still plan to watch it for fun even though I know it's terrible. But I'm so curious what you mean by putting Monty Python and Wooju Bakery in the same genre? Please explain because I'm having a hard time finding the connection lol. Comedy, supernatural stuff??

agree, also the story and writing fell flat and they couldn't do much to save it. this is much better in every way.

Scent is kinda redeeming himself for me; he's more of a yellow flag now, I'd say, because he didn't want to go through with the perfume after Gaysorn said he's not okay with it. "Your scent and your body are your own." That's green-flag behavior! But that Uncle has got to go.

Maybe it's just me who hates this trope, but I find the relationship problems getting fixed by sex is so cringey and would never work in real life. Wayu and Krit don't seem like their lifestyles are compatible, so they need to have very different conversations about their relationship. The jealousy thing is not doing it for me.

So who else loves this show way more than Harmony Secret? LMSY were made for romcoms, the toxic life is not for them lol

oh interesting, then it was kind of a huge risk to put TeeTeePor on the show before Duang With You was even out. If it hadn't been a success, people might not have known who they were.

I wouldn't say there's excessive abuse from the stepmother, but the male lead's father is definitely psychically and emotionally abusive the entire time, it's a huge part of the plot unfortunately.

I feel like it's pretty recent, maybe just a few weeks, because the timing of Daou's finger injury and Tay being busy with filming Scarlet Heart lines up.

Acting is hard, and he's young. I agree, but no reason to hate on him. I'm not saying you did at all, just want to stay positive

completely disagree, nice is a good actor and their chemistry is good too. definitely give it a watch, i really enjoyed all the characters, maybe even more than the story.
