read the webtoon, it's much much much better. They really explore the MLs emotions and his sheer craziness for the FL. The FL is a much stronger, smarter and likable char in the webtoon. You won't even get second lead syndrome there cuz they just added some scenes in the drama. The drama is so lack lustre and done dirty compared to the webtoon

dang, the guys in the show reallly need to take an anti simp pill. And that's not even the worst part, they sold their self respect for and chased obsessively the girls they were interested in( si hun and se hoon) yet were so cold towards the girls who liked them as maybe they felt that those girls were " beneath" them.

also an interesting case of male and female psychology here, the girls when they feel that the guys they like aren't into them, they get the hint and settle elsewhere while the guys dont get the hint, they still chase after being rejected repeatedly, the guys in the show didn't know the meaning of NO. yet drama makers show girls as the jealous bitches

i think you should try webnovels if you're really into this genre. webnovels aren't really actual novels but rather stimuli full of tropes meant for wish fulfillment. kind of like wattpad(but defo better). A super obsessive male lead is a staple in them but it's rare to find one which does not have a yandere male lead. Male yandere is legit the most used tag on novel updates.
