I'm glad of this. I wish I had spent more time watching dramas on DramaFever while I still had it. My frustration is that I cannot find a website to watch Japanese Dramas on...

You really need to watch the original Meteor Garden, for me it comes in second to HYD. This remake is a milder version of the other three. I found myself thinking "this scene is direct out of BOF or HYD or this one, original Shan Cai" and in the end it had it's own version of this Classic story. Thank you for your article.

I had the original Viki app on my Samsung and have since purchased the Amazon Fire Stick which allows me to access the updated Viki app. It also appears to have a better picture.

I was so sad about this. This was a safe site to watch Korean and Chinese dramas. I don't know anything about Kocowa.com and if it is a safe site to use. Many dramas that I could find on DramaFever were not on Viki.... Well I will miss them. (I'm still missing Drama Crazy) lol

I really loved Hana Yori Dango with Matsumoto Jun and have watched it many times. “Have you ever eaten a fig? When you cut a fig in half, it looks like a heart. That’s why they say its bitter sweetness is the flavor of love. But to me, the flavor of love tastes like that lousy cookie you made…” I love that line and HYD has many others worth remembering. Meteor Garden is another favorite. Boys Over Flowers had it's own qualities but left me with the strongest feelings that she should have ended up with the second lead... The only one I haven't seen is Hana Nochi Hare. Thank you for your article and can you please tell me on what website I might be able to see it. Thanks again.

I'm not sure if "Signal" is actually considered "time travel"... But it is a totally awesome drama. Nine is one of those dramas that you better pay attention to the very first scene in order to understand the very last one. Awesome. Thanks for the article...

I know, the break up thing always drives me crazy! And do none of the cars in Korea have brakes?? One of the things I loved about the drama Healer is that the story did not give in to all of these tropes... Oh, and it was just great in Scent of a Woman that after Kim Sun Ah got hit by the nasty rich girl, she eventually hit her back.

Loved Scarlet Heart. The sequel that has them meeting again in present day had a lot of promise, but I think they took you on too many side journeys and the multiple endings were confusing. I also liked the Korean version and hope for a sequel that takes them into present day. Thank you for your article.
