odd choices (watch suggestions)
Overall: this G version didn't hook me. I tried to rate this series based on its own merits (I have watched the original series). 12 episodes about 55 minutes each. Aired on Viu.
Content Warnings: non con touching, manhandling, blackmail, punch

What I Liked
- felt like high schoolers*
- easy to understand premise
- supportive parents/friends
- cameos
Room For Improvement
- Fuse's indecisiveness
- the evil girlfriend trope (wish they had updated this)
- Book almost felt like he was playing games by being fake reluctant, though I liked their relationship overall
- too many characters/couples (5)
- *with the actors' ages they needed to not get too NSFW but the lack of 1 real/shown lip kiss was odd
- love rivals
- that the student teacher wasn't fired/in jail
- episode 4 was quite jumpy with Frame/Book
- too many flashbacks
- comedy sound effects did not make things funny
Note: the characters were both in high school. The two lead actors were 21 and 15 when they shot this. It did not bother me because they had cheek kisses.
