I don't think TK's situation with and years of ignorance/mistreatment of his family and father (who legally IS his father btw, fully adopted and being written in their family register and the whole drama is basically about how family is more than blood etc) is comparable with sourgrapes being a brat and just noping out on having even a modicum of respect for the wife of his father. Even if she does not want to see inok as her mother, it is no reason for her to be this rude all the time. Like have some basic decency, it won't kill ya i promise.

In comparison TK was shun and mistreated for years in the family for being adopted, and his father failed to step up for him and protect him. So one day TK just gave up trying and in effect grew apart from them before YD came around. He also *did* call the chairman dad/father until the old hag objected bc she hated that, and is now all pikachu face about why he calls him chairman instead. Yeah no shit i wonder why and who is the cause of it? Ugh this fucking family. Stuff them in a sack and just hit it with a bat, you will never miss.

Yeah too much focus on these two assholes once more. The highlight was definitely the maknae couple and the small moments between the leads (backhug, apologies and Jinjja moving!) Also the preview with TK going i don't know if i will be a good father (YES YOU WILL, hun) but i want to figure it out together <3 So that alone should clue us in that he won't leave her as daddy stupid demands heh.

Oh for sure, he knows how to pull the strings to make them daaaaance and i appreciate it. The making the viewers/readers suffer is however one of the rare pleasures you have as writer. I am not sure how the leads' reaction will be tomorrow. Certain is just TK fessing up and hypocrite father demanding him to break up.... but i cannot imagine for my life that TK will even consider that a possibility. As said in my post above, if push comes to shove i would bet by now that he would choose YD over his family. She is too important to him and he has told her several times already how he won't give her up and can't live without her, so yeah. I know how the eps will end and it will be a big cliffhanger ending, but in between is still up in the air, of course.

i feel a lot about it is the actress failing her microexpressions alas. BJH is good with big emotions such as crying or standing up for others aka big rousing speeches, but the more subtle ones often fall flat with her and does not convey the character's thoughts/feelings well. AJH is much better in that tbh. Like his eyes alone are super expressive.
