i love YL too, but you cannot force someone to love you just because your are kind and your intentions are pure. One of the reasons why I love his chatacter is because He never forced JXN to choose him. He just continued to adore and love her in his way and wished her happiness.
Everyone loves Zz, but for me it’s between YL and XW. Too Bad JXN never considered him an option. He was friendzoned in both lives.

Both sides are really good at fighting and scheming. And if you actually look at it, all of them are villains in someone else’s story.

I love the chemistry. This is one of those series where the main CP doesn’t even need to hold hands or kiss. You know XW is really crazy for JXN and I’m loving it!!

so far, love almost all the characters! I like that the emperor is cunning, the villains are smart, the leads are smart and loyal. even the politics here are well written an I don’t get bored at all. Infact it made me want to understand it more. For non novel reader like me, it’s unpredictable and makes me want to know what schemes they will come up next.

I wish they can maintain this and writers won’t get lazy towards the end.

Also, Can someone please slap that Xue girl? I hate her annoying smiling bitch face.
