As questionable as it gets. If there's a plot, it's obscured by glistening abs, hemorrhoid surgery, and instant healing from stab wounds. Logic has no place, but, oddly, one doesn't care.
Episode 9 and we are back to weeping whimpering mewling pathetic FL. Good lord would someone get that girl a Xanax…
Let me know if you can finish it. I'm putting it off, because I know it won't be a happy ending: the serial killer will be separated from his library, and that's all I care about at this point!

Lazy writing drives me insane. When a writer has to make the characters blithering morons, it ruins a drama for me. When the FL in Rooftop Prince blithely climbed into her known enemy's car and ended up in the back of a freezer truck, I considered it a mercy killing; it was a miracle she'd survived that long. I had to stop watching The Girl Who See Scents, because everyone but the serial killer was dumb as a box of rocks. I was actively rooting for the killer. He had lots going for him: although he had prosopagnosia, he didn't let his disability deter him from being a success at business or serial killing; he had a killer home library (pun intended); and he was played by Namkoong Min.

I enjoyed all your comments. I couldn't help feeling the same. I kept pausing the drama every time something was too stupid to swallow, so it took me much longer to watch than I'd planned! I call those moments 2 Stupid 2 Live (2S2L). Like FL gets kidnapped in a taxi, and she keeps trying the locked door and never once picks up her phone to call anyone. Or she climbs in the back of a trailer when she knows her life is in danger. Or they know everyone is looking for the brooch which will give the company to the owner, and people have DIED for it, and ML won't ask FL if she has it because he wants to "protect" her. Or when she does tell him she has it, she says, "Stop by tomorrow." This, even though her place has been ransacked for it before. Let's not have a sense of urgency about it!
For all my complaints, I liked the ML. My only quibble with him (other than fighting four men with a tie, while protecting drunk FL—super ridiculous) is that I wish he hadn't fallen apart toward the end. I don't think "dangerous" men give up like that.
One of my favorites from the OST. Love the lyrics, especially, "You say you're no good, but you're good for me." Also, "We can't fix it if we can't face it." Beautiful words and music.
i don’t get why Kpop Demon Hunters doesn’t have a MDL page but Snowpiecer and Mickey17 does?
I agree. It has Korean culture, mythology, food, and traditions. It features K-pop music and stars voices of Koreans. I realize it's spoken mostly in English and has a multi-international production team, but One Piece made MDL.
Ye Ji Won as Jennifer in Thirty but Seventeen was so good! I'd generally seen her in light comedic roles (and this had comedy, too), but she excelled as a suppressed person with a painful background. Such a good drama.
I love Kim Mi Kyung in everything (and isn't she in everything?!), but I especially loved her role as a Haenyeo (diver) in Welcome to Samdal-ri.
I've only seen one drama from this list (One Spring Night), because I'm terminally allergic to infidelity. When my then-boyfriend and I were discussing marriage, I told him it was for forever. He needed to consider carefully, because although I wouldn't contemplate divorce, homicide wasn't off the table. J/K (or am I?)
Anyway, this list is helpful to me in what to avoid!
The Love You Give Me had misunderstandings that were too prolonged but I endured because the cast was warm and relatable. It's worth watching for the child actor. He was so adorable! https://kisskh.at/723145-the-love-you-give-me
Unforgettable Love had engaging actors, and another exceptionally cute kid. Contrary to the title, it's a bit forgettable as it incorporates lots of tired tropes, but the actors help pull the story along, and it has some sweet moments, especially with the child. https://kisskh.at/66371-unforgettable-love
Falling into You is a high jump/noona romance. https://kisskh.at/686115-chi-dao Skate into Love is a speed skating/hockey romance. https://kisskh.at/34030-skate-into-love Ski into Love is a snowboarding romance. The scenery is gorgeous. We're having a heat wave here, but I was cuddled up in a blanket to watch, because all the snow made me cold! If you can't handle a grown woman pouting like a three-year old, don't watch because the FL is a perpetual toddler in her actions in this one. I'm accustomed to Esther Yu, so I don't mind so much. I hope her future roles let her act more adult. She's a good actress and captivating on screen. https://kisskh.at/761193-xu-guo-wang-zai-dong-mian
Moonlight gets extra points for being about books (I have my personal rating system, and books and libraries are usually awarded an extra star). https://kisskh.at/66455-moonlight

Due to trauma, ML had to sleep with candlelight.
