Yeah I thi k so far side roles lack depth so can't be campared but wu xia, costume and other things and specially Cheng Yi is what makes drama so similar to me. I am rewatching MLC side by side too

I guess enough in early ep he is with protagonist and then with antagonist. He will have more than enough screentime.

The shows and actors I don't like I can't bring myself to rate them anything as I don't want to watch them in my watchlist.
I remember MR was releasing and I saw some shorts so checked the mdl page 7.6 rating. Fr an ongoing drama having a lot of hate for ml like I know tian xi wei is splendid and xu kai is good. Then the complains were nonsense as many official media praised xu kai. And today the mdl page has 8.2 rating not bad right?
I think we can pull this too let's just wait a lil more while enjoying.

He wants to be friends bcs he thinks leng feng is going to be really helpful in future as he wrote it. By making friends he can have the support of leng feng. Nothing is bl here. This is just a Wu Xia drama without romance

Like MLC is not good or in similarities? I agree this may not be similar but it does have the vibe of MLC Li Xiang Yi. The nostalgia only can be felt after watching MLC first.

It matters to us international cdrama fans and viewers. I personally judge a drama based on ratings.
So to you IMDB doesn't matter too? It is rated by 1 hundred people there as 3.8 /10. This show is so good it doesn't deserve these hate.

MLC had high Rating on MDL from airing period....there were only 6000 watchers on airing period but ratings only…
Then do we have hope for this one! I am sure even after watching just 10 ep this deserves 8.5+. We can surely over turn it right?
