I watched episode 4 while on my break at work and I had to go back to work and be a normal, stable, functioning person after digesting Haoran's tragic backstory...
And then I came home and binged episodes 5 and 6... and now here I am...
This series is done so well. It's utterly heartbreaking and hard to watch. But it's one of those series where it hurts so much that it feels good. It's a sucker punch to the heart, but watching both Haoran and Chihiro learn how to let someone in and find a reason to continue living within each other... it's so beautiful to watch.
I haven't felt so much watching a bl in a long time. This story is so beautifully heartbreaking.
If you're looking at comments and wondering if you should start it, I very much recommend if you can handle heavy stuff.
I can't wait for next week! I'm riddled with anxiety but crossing my fingers that they get their happy ending!
No words. This was worth the wait! I loved them in ULS and I am a sucker for childhood friends to lovers storylines. The acting was so good, the cinematography was beautiful, the music matched perfectly. It was so pretty to watch.
The sexual tension and the realizing of feelings was done so well. It felt so realistic. The scene in episode 4... I was holding my breath.
Now I need to go back and rewatch their scenes in ULS. I really hope they give us a sequel one day. I desperately want to see Hotae and Donghee happy together!
Also fun to see Gongchan return as Wonyoung for a cute cameo! 🥰
Overall, I'm so impressed. And I'm so happy they released it for international fans! I will think about this story for a very long time!
Dangggg... we've only had one episode!! Everyone's fired up. I thought the first episode was pretty good! Not amazing, but I'm gonna wait and see how the rest of the series plays out. I love Ohm and I hope I get to know Leng more through this too!
If people are really down voting this because of OhmNanon... that's just sad. I loved OhmNanon with my whole heart... Bad Buddy is one of my favorite bls of all time... if not my all-time favorite. I've rewatched it like five times. But, you have to let go. I miss that time. But I have loved what I've seen of Leng and I'm happy that Ohm is in a happier and less awkward situation.
I don't know if that's actually the case, but I hope not! Anyway, I'm going to go into this show with an open mind! And we'll see what happens!
There's just a lot of sex and gore! And for a Korean "bl" (I don't even know if you can classify it as an actual bl), I don't think they would dive too heavily into that. Just from past Korean dramas I've watched! If it was Thailand or Taiwan, maybe! But I don't see Korea doing it! But I might be wrong! I think they would probably focus more heavily on the psychological and horror aspect of it, rather than the sex and "romance" aspect of it!
I haven't heard anything about this minus this MDL page, though! So I'm not sure if they're even going through with it. I hope so, though!
EDIT: I did notice the rated R rating though - so maybe they will follow it more closely!
I'm pretty sure they all died in that car accident! That's what my prediction is. I don't know why they would include that if it wasn't important to the plot.
Either Mas is a ghost with them and that's the reason Khen can now see him (because he's also a ghost) OR Mas is actually living and can see ghosts (meaning he can see ghost Khen too).
I believe Bing was saying in the preview for next week that they're unable to go anywhere but the last places they traveled to... thus meaning they're stuck there as ghosts!
Just a theory, but I think it makes the most sense!
Just binged this series up until episode 6 and I didn't know what to expect! But I'm really liking it! They have really good chemistry and the God has been nothing but a green flag the whole series. I wish I would have waited to watch this, so I could have binged the whole thing! 😭 But I'm excited for next week!
Omg they're making this a series?! This manhwa was crazy. It would be really interesting to see it adapted though. Like everyone said, it would have to be changed a lot. But they could make it very creepy and psychological. I would looove to see who they're going to cast as Bum and Sangwoo!

I understand where you're coming from from liking the realistic approach. It is a honest representation of how a relationship grows... especially since their relationship started rocky from the beginning. I usually really like slow burns too, so I'm not sure why this one wasn't for me.
We'll just have to see how it ends! I can't believe we're almost finished. I will have to read the novel once it's finished for more context.

By going in circles, I think we mean that they are continuously doing the same thing over and over again. It might have been good for the development of their relationship, but as a viewer, I found it repetitive and boring to see them kiss on multiple occasions and then Peem would just continue playing "hard to get" (for a lack of a better term, because I hate that saying honestly).
I think from a realistic view, sure, if this was a real life relationship... this would be development. But, from the perspective of a viewer who was excited to see more happen in 16 episodes when we normally have only 12... I was disappointed.
I feel like those moments could have been filled up with better development for the other couples. We barely know anything about Chain and Pun's relationship and we only got that small glimpse of Tan and Fang's past.
Once again, I love Pond and Phuwin. I could watch them just stare at each other because I believe their chemistry is good. But, I would have liked to have seen more than what we've got so far.
