yeah. I didnt hate suzu's acting till now, but that scene was it for me. she is supposed to be angry at heeju for blackmailing her. but all she does is tucks in her chin, pouts and looks through her fluttering eyelashes like a 2 yr old lol. this drama would've been atleast 50% better received if choi heejin played hyewon.
ngl that last scene where taeoh stops inha with a pained look on his face made me realise it's a lovestory b/w inha n taeoh. their friendship, betrayal, angst and hatred lol, its all like enemies to lovers in reverse!

this drama was the biggest disppointment of 2024! with all those teasers, production quality, high budget and top actors(excluding fl) this is what they came up with? why did they even bother greenlighting this script? why oh why!??
The mother is so pathetic. Everytime I think she wont stoop lower she proves me wrong. Poor grandpa lol. The kids' acting is so good. Young daechung will surely go places in future.
TBH I never focus on the car models, but if the script demands luxury cars for showcasing the lifestyle of characters and if the director wants on outdoor shot of the car being driven then why not? Good for them they're getting paid for showing the cars. It's win win for both parties. Sour are the ones who cant afford it and aren't being paid for the high trps the drama is getting now.

I paused this after watching ep 4 but today I watched ep 8 and to see that the truth is only revealed now is so slow. also not much has happened either. she learns the truth this epi, she meets minhyuk this epi only. ppl who are following weekly, whats happening? isnt it too slow?
Kim soohyun and kim jiwon are the only drama couple who I wish would date in real life too, usually I can resist myself from shipping actors for a real life relationsip but these 2 are so good at faking it that I cant help but hope selfishly for them to date irl. They look soo good together. eating up all their cute interations during promotions.
just want to confirm, has the scene where haein says- "I'll show everyone that hyunwoo married me not for the money but for my face" and dresses up to show off already shown in the episode. I remember seeing it in preview of ep 2 but we didn't get any scene like that in ep 3-4. Has it happened and I forgot or it hasn't happened yet?
the last scene was so heartbreaking!! right when they both had revived their love the divorce had to be revealed huh? I have to say both kim soo hyun and kim jiwon are doing a fantastic job in their roles. Although the family part is so makjang but hyunwoo haein scenes are just so beautifully tragic. Haein is also unlike any other kdrama female character, she is rich, uptight and spoilt but also helps where needed like w the poor dad part. she really loved hyunwoo in the past but is currently forgotten that love, yet she stands up for him in front of her family. and even now, she seems like the only sane person in her entire family and hope she maintains her trust in his love.
This drama is giving me all the feels! we saw a reverse trope in this episode, where rich girl haein follows poor hyunwoo in her car while he is going in a bus. such a cliche but it was so cute here uwu!
Im Soo Hyang is so underrated! I watched the teasers a month ago and loved it, but then I totally forgot about this by the craze of all the other top actor dramas. but why another weekend drama soohyang? :/ I'll give it a shot but their pacing is so slow coz they've 50 eps to go. fingers crossed! hope this is better than kokdu and woori.
