The rating is quite low BC this drama was not released worldwide so the subtitles were AI-generated, the writing for the ML is non-existent, and the ending lost the plot and fumbled pretty badly. But I really liked everything up to episode 9. It seemed they tried to setup for potential future seasons but didn't think it through properly. Also dramas like these don't tend to be rated very highly on MDL especially due to the controversial topic.

I personally really enjoyed the drama despite its many flaws. It's very thought provoking and sad at times and deals a lot with loss. I think it's worth checking out but past episode 9 I would not recommend. But leading up to episode 8 is 10/10 to me.

ive read the manga and i tried watching this in hopes that yagi would be able to bring more life to subaru so i could enjoy the story more but idk what it is, subaru just isn't a compelling ml

the movie is a lot more calm and reserved than i expected it it be, esp since the source material is almost a comedy. i think i like the more serious take and how it evaluates how the actions of parents can affect the children. wish the development between the leads had more time tho.

yeah I feel like even if it was established that his brain cells are fried bc he's been training to be an idol since he was 10, rn there isn't enough to attach me to him for me to care about all his suffering lol

ig it's realistic but the writing feels very surface level and shallow rn... i feel like i don't care enough about laik as a character first and foremost, he feels more like standin for any idol

i mean the character is suppose to be in her thirties? maybe the drama will address the fact that the FL isn't a convincing 20 year old but can't say park shin hye is miscast when the sypnosis states that the FL in her thirties.

the entire cast is very lovely and enjoyable. ik some ppl might be frustrated BC Choi chang soo got a slap on the wrist but I think it really just shows the class divide between the conglomerate family and everyone else.
