Just that… I don’t really have any explanation but both drama gives a similar plot and vibes, including:
- tell stories about parents and child
- slice of life
- poverty… (believe me no one can deny me with this one)
- love for one another (way too dearly)
- sharing things
- caring
- make you in tears… I don’t usually cry but… these…. ???
Welcome for those that came up with another reason…

Let’s say… both series goes by:
- School background
- Supernatural (either magic or mystery and stuff)
- A bit tense
- Betrayal

I got that one shows hetero couple and not for the other…
But the first thing I realize is the fact that both Demon and Vampire in those series lost their power and incapable of doing some sort of amazing action… ??

Both stories has a REALLY DIFFERENT pattern or plot bit if you look closer to it the message they’re trying to convey are pretty mich the same. It’s how fragile a relationship (family, friendship, lover) is but it is the strongest tie human could have. After all they need those relationship… Both series shows how a toxic relationship broke someone but lead them to understand things better and teach them about how life works… I enjoyed both series but I won’t go for another sea of tears…

I would say,,, the similarities goes to the strong female lead… if the power of Do Bong Soon is the super power… Su Cheng Cheng has filter as the sort of super power…. all in all I love both lifting or carrying scene ???

Both are released on Netflix… That’s what I love the most ???
Through both series we might witness:
- Celebrity and ordinary person (non-celeb) trope
- Supportive bestfriend
- Not so loving company (CEO nor manager) ??
- Friend obsessed with the celebrity
- etc…

I’m not sure what else… but overall both series are nice and lovely ??

There are several couple in both series and I just enjoy the chemistry between each cast. They are soooo cute… I got a feeling that the second couple leads are more popular than the first one… (One thing!!! Both are ‘engineer major’ and it works almost on eveeeeeeery Thai BL) This trope is just way too popular and cover the market niche

Goes the same with 2Moons as well… hopefully someone can recommend that one as well

I wonder what makes me choose Color Rush for the recommendation but I believe the setting as in this ‘blindness’ thing sounds familiar and I thought of this drama immediately. We have the entire scene in black and white only to find out both main leads are in color… makes me wanna add GO into Your Heart as well but… let’s stop here ??

Let me clarify first.

I am recommending Unknown not because of the ‘brotherhood theme’ not the ‘low social class’ things. Both definitely have different settings and I just want to highlight one thing which is the ‘gang’ or ‘mafia’ thingy.

We have Tew and Qian that works for this ‘gang’ to earn living and decided to stop. Why’s that? Let’s just say ‘FOR THE LOVE OF MY LIFE’. I believe the main purpose is to protect them.
And I really love both ‘gun scene’
We have Tew personally visiting the leader and challenged with this gun threat things.
On the other side, Qian’s one is that… legendary ‘touching’ scene whatsoever ^^

All in all I just love both scene so I would like to recommend this series as well~

Let’s just say both female leads are variety show’s writer and that point is really interesting.

Looks like all variety show writers are real ‘active’ and ‘outgoing’!!!

Let’s just say both male leads have this high spirit in maintaining cultural heritage. Both live in similar village and both have a strong will to work on the artifacts and love culture…
