i thought yu wuyuan character is played by the actor who played the 3rd prince feng ju. i should've read the characters carefully next tym. coz I've already imagined him as yu wuyuan when reading the novel 😂 so seeing him playing a villain here really felt awkward to me. haha

i think that the drama become way more interesting with the addition of the story from the male lead's family if compared to the novel. I'm glad they added it into this drama.

in my opinion, i think it's a good thing thing actually that the drama is quite different with the novel. coz i don't think that the materials from the novel is interesting enough. plus, i think the novel is quite boring. so i think it's interesting that the dramas put the non-existence materials in the novel to the drama plots. like the tianshuang sect that bai fengxi belong to in the drama.

After reading the novel, i just wish that no horses would be harmed/injured in the drama. the war part is too bloody

when i thought I'll stop reading the novel, here I'm still reading the novel. little did i know that despite the heavy political plots, i like this novel so much! now I'm so f**king saaaddd. I'm currently at the chapter where fl confronted yyz in the war. it's sooooo heart breaking 😭😭😭💔💔💔i know the drama would be different from the novel. but I'm actually a novel person than a drama person. if not for yangyang, i don't think I'm gonna watch this.

this drama is very good. i enjoyed watching every episodes. but the mdl rating should be higher. how come it dropped from 8.9 to 8.5 just in a few days? hurmmm.

I'm currently reading the novel. but i think I'm gonna drop it coz i think the plots are too heavy for my preference. for those who've read the novel, if it is ok, can you answer my questions regarding the novel?

1. is the romance between fl and ml happened at the end of the story (slow romance) or is it way more earlier?
2. is there any angst scenes like misunderstanding between fl and ml?
