So I just finished the drama. I would describe it as melancholy and enlightened in the same breath. Chang hee is my favorite character. He is also the only character that can be said to have really undergone significant development. He became from a material and childish person, to a mature and considerate person. From a person who longs for money and a luxury car, to a person who gives up the opportunity to get rich in order to be with his friend in his last moments in life. In contrast, Ki Jung in my opinion was the "weakest" character. She hasn't had a significant development and her relationship with Te Hoon was pretty boring (it was more interesting in my opinion to see her having a relationship with her co-worker Jin u). As for Mi Jung and Gu, the relationship between them was intriguing, full of great dialogues, ups and downs. The chemistry between them was good as well, but how should i put it .. I understood why they were attracted to each other, their misery and their perception of life was quite similar, but in the same breath - do they really need each other to find some happiness in their lives? I think that an opposite person of them would have made them develop much better and in a positive way. Beyond the fact that from the beginning of the drama I found it completely bizarre that Gu is a fucking alcoholic man and no one in the family except mi jung's sister is trying to motivate her to enter into a relationship with him. i mean, Hello??? There's a walking red flag here lol. I was sure at least her father would not be happy with their relationship. Apparently he loved Gu too much as well lol. But overall I can say that the drama is excellent and worth watching.
i feel like vegaspete will start this episode but like at the veery end,,, and then we'll be left for suffering…
I have a feeling that the story between them will only start next week (at the end of ep 10) . although I really hope I'm wrong and it will start today
So I just finished ep 8. Was this the best episode in the series so far? Probably not. But still, I enjoyed every moment. The chemistry between Mile and apo is electrifying, and they needed some clinging and some lovey- dovey Scenes for the progress of their relationship. Baside that, this is definitely 'the calm before the storm'. I'm sure that the next episode is going to be a roller coaster for us!
What the hell's wrong with Kinn's father. He's fishy af. What was he trying to make Kinn understand by telling…
Basically from what I understood, he compared Porsche to the apple juice that turned the knife that was so sharp, into a rusty and useless knife (kinn) - in simple words, if kinn won't stop his love for Porsche in time, he would become a weak and useless person.
- The cinematography in this ep is breathtaking! - the scenes where kinn and porsche open their hearts to each other are totally gold. - The last scene was beautiful (amazing chemistry) - pete and pol are horrible spies lol - It's okay Pete I would scream too if I saw Vegas aka bible aka my future husband in front of me -I need ep 7 immediately!!!
well, 'i told sunset about you' is one of the most beautiful bl series out there, and yet according to mdl the rating is 8.3... so i'm not surprised about kp. both of these series worth way more than that.
When I watch a series like Kinnporsche, I try to put my conscience and morality aside and get a glimpse into a fictional "life" that I will never have. In addition, the whole point of being a screenwriter is to make the viewer feel a rainbow of emotions for better or worse and to ask ask ourselves questions like - what do I feel about this scene / character? What would I do differently? Why do I feel "thrilled" about a character who evokes antigonism? I feel that the screenwriter of the series has managed to raise many questions for viewers, and it shows that he knows his job. Clearly there will be problematic issues and disagreement among viewers about many things. But let me tell you my advice - give the series a chance to prove itself and try to enjoy the roller coaster it makes you feel. That's all the fun in fictional stories, isn't it?
I really want to appreciate the casting of the cast in kp. Most of the actors here are 25 +, and actually really know how to play. In a world where many actors today are chosen mainly because of their looks or because they are very young and have a youthful look, it is quite refreshing to see handsome and mature men who are not just "Pretty face" and know how to embody their characters reliably.
just finished ep 3. Very nice and funny episode (Tong is just brilliant). Although I can't deny that I’m really waiting for the darker and more dramatic stuff. I'm really ready for the emotional roller coaster I'm going to go through during the series. PS- I don't know why but Apo really gives me Jackson Wang's vibes .. love them both anyway lol P.S2- They better give vegas more screen time in ep 4 'cause I'm starting to losing it P.S3- I'm addicted to Mile's voice. I had to said it. that's it.
But overall I can say that the drama is excellent and worth watching.
i just hope that mileapo won't get hurt by some rude comments online tho😫
porsche- yes it was. my legs are still shaking.
THE WAY I SCREAMED AT THAT MOMENT!!
*Also, not me thinking- pete , you're the next one honey. prepared yourself, Vegas is closer than ever!*
