This drama actually actually do not have too much angsty. Most of times are FL and ML go together and doing non romance stuff such fighting enemies and helping friends. It is xianxia Adventure. But many people also calling it boring cause it lack of angsty romance so IDK. lol

What do you mean? It is also often suspects detained without lawyers in Kdrama, anime or Hollywood movies. It is for simplicity of plot unless they tell story about lawyers.

Just take your time and continue it. Story still progressing but romance is not a focus. ML and FL still together because they have unspoken love.

TTEoTM seems contender for next summer hot drama against Spirit Fox Matchmaker. So I think it will be aired end Q4 2022 or Q1 2023. Just my theory IMO.

But it say world with gods demons and beast. So it is Xianxia.

But so far I don't see any of that. I don't read the novel I know nothing.
