This was a total flop show for me tbh

I started watching the drama because my social media was filled with posts about it, so I decided to give it a go. I soon realised that this title is not for me. I am going to list the reasons below:

1. I don't ship the female lead with either the main lead or the second lead. I don't understand the toxic male lead trope or the "bully-to-lovers" concept. Both the main lead and the second lead made plans together to use the female lead. They could have at least made the second lead better.

2. I find the female lead quite annoying. She comes across as a "Pick Me" girl who is best friends with boys and only hangs out with them — though that part is somewhat understandable since most of her classmates are boys. What I found more problematic was her judgemental attitude. She calls girls who wear makeup "Canvas," not just the negative character Freya, but also another girl named Grace. At times, she is extremely loud, chaotic, and cringey. Moreover, she is extremely nosy, never minds her own business, follows people around even when told not to, and meddles in everyone’s love lives. Lastly, she has no self-respect, constantly going back to her bullies.

3. Promotion of toxic relationships. Several couples, such as Calix and Mica, and Denzel and Grace, clearly scream toxicity. Women are portrayed without any self-respect. For instance, Calix cheated on Mica, yet the female lead suggests they should get back together because they "love each other," and Mica gladly agrees. If that doesn’t scream toxic, I don't know what does. Similarly, Denzel uses Grace, dumps her after getting her pregnant, and the female lead still insists that they should reconcile.

4. Unrealistic story. There is something off about the plot — it feels unrealistic and extremely cringey. I don’t understand how people support Aries, who, as a brother, couldn’t even stand up for his sister when she was being bullied by Freya. Then there’s Angelo, who forces the female lead into an engagement without her knowledge, despite not even being her real brother — completely toxic and unrealistic behaviour.

5. Lack of chemistry. The chemistry between the characters is lacking, which is another reason why I don't ship the female lead with any of the guys in the drama. Most of the time, it feels as if the guys are forcing themselves on her.
