I don't think it's a spoiler when talking about a character introduced in episode 4 of 24.

Review My Holo Love
Exactly! It's lazy sloppy writing, and is tonally wrong for what's essentially a sweet love story. But it's an…
Yes, exactly. That's what I mean by lazy writing. Rather than craft a credible story, with the "battle between good and evil" a real struggle with wins and losses on both sides before the dénouement, they take the lazy way out and let this out of control sadist get away with absolutely everything for 11 episodes. In real life, stuff doesn't always go right for the bad guys either, but with rare exceptions like Stranger/Forest of Secrets, K Dramas don't acknowledge that and we get the sort of absurdity we saw here. Which is even more aggravating in a Drama that's SUPPOSED to be a love story. Le sigh!

Article Fluff Alert: Please Love Me Spoiler
5 episodes in and there's NOWHERE NEAR enough fluff. That "brother" of hers is bringing out the murderer in me, I just want him to sod off back to wherever, and the whole revenge-stalker paparazzo storyline is tedious. Fluff is fluff, like Put Your Head on My Shoulder, Le Coup de Foudre, A Love So Beautiful. If there isn't a BIG shift soon in the ratio of sweet fun fluff to aggravating needless angst arcs, this one's headed for the drop bin

How can you have this list without mentioning Rich man? Probably the best drama if you want something easy to…
Again, a guess, but like BoF not being included, maybe because it's a remake of a Japanese original? The list is K-Dramas, so maybe they decided to use only Korean originals, not remakes from other sources.

Where in the world is Boys Over Flowers? LOL... that is the MOST prevalent example of a Kdrama on rich man poor…
Maybe it wasn't included because it was a remake of a Japanese original, Hana Yori Dango? That's just a guess, but it is a possible explanation.

Review My Holo Love
I liked the shows concept but I too had issues with the competitor not getting in trouble for the things they…
Exactly! It's lazy sloppy writing, and is tonally wrong for what's essentially a sweet love story. But it's an aggravatingly common K Drama trope, letting the bad guys get away with basically EVERYTHING, until the final episode.

Can I get a "Poor guy, Rich girl" list please? I find that premise more interesting than this one. I've not seen…
Takane No Hana, with the lovely Ishihara Satomi, is one you might enjoy. Also, a blast from the past, Take Care of the Young Lady, a Yoon Eun Hye drama.

Didn’t Like/Waste of My Time:I have been annoyed at how overrated most Kim Eun-Sook dramas are. I didn’t like…
"What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim to me is unwatchable (dropped). If you’re ok with sexist shows like Madmen, then you wouldn’t mind how overbearing, sexist, chauvinistic, and overbearing the ML CEO is, but I couldn’t stomach it (I know, there’s a reason for his behavior, but he’s so unlikeable, that I simply couldn’t care less about his reasons). "
I gave you a like for this. I actually stuck it out to the end in case he and it got better, they did not. Even at the very end, she was STILL calling him boss. Ugh, so very ugh, you were wise to drop. I really wish I had.

I agree with Se Ra in the Korean remake to FTLY deserving a second chance, but Anna in the original DELIBERATELY did what she did to the female lead. She INTENDED for what happened to happen, and that is just awful. Inflicting that particular trauma intentionally, with malicious forethought, is heinous and the fact that the K remake changed it from being a deliberately planned act to an unintentional accident was one of the biggest reasons why I preferred the remake

Several here you couldn't pay me to watch - Goblin, Secret Garden, Misty, Chicago Typewriter, and one that made me rage against its misogyny - Secretary Kim. The standout was Fated To Love You, a very rare Drama in that I saw that TW original first and HATED it for the awfulness of the ML. Ethan Ruan's character was horrid to the end. Then I saw the K remake and loved how much better it was. The ML was better, and the Second female lead was better too, not only because the actor actually WAS a ballerina, but because the character was not as awful. In the original, the second female lead DELIBERATELY caused the major trauma on the Female lead, in the K remake she caused the same trauma, but without malicious intent, just by accident. A major improvement over the awful original

Into episode 4 and not sure if I can stick it out. My main issue so far is actually the female lead's family - I want to strangle that selfish little brat of a sister, and don't see any sign of actual parental concern from the mother.

" due to a chronic illness" they said
No, it's on you - it really is NONE OF OUR DAM BUSINESS. Many may have thought similarly to you, but expressing such scepticism was an intrusion into her family's personal choice, implying that they were lying by omission or hiding something. Stop pretending your intrusive cynicism was righteous and justified

I watched 9, dropped 2 (Strong Woman & W), skipped 4 (Goblin, DotS, You're Beautiful , Secret Garden) LOATHED Full House with a visceral hatred, and can't stomach Playful Kiss now because it stars Rib-Breaker. Ugh! Hooray for Coffee Prince, and Dae Jang Geum
