Xu Si & Jiang Hu had a one night stand the day they met π
I also used Google Translate for the 1st chapter and it wasn't that bad. I sort of skimmed through but basically, it starts off similarly with Jiang Hu wanting to suicide due to her father's death. However, they're in Japan at some high end resort for a business event. They already know of each other and after a few drinks while Xu Si is returning to his room, Jiang Hu follows behind. One thing leads to another and they're basically having a 1 night stand. When she wakes up, she wants to jump out of the window but he stops her in time.
Close to finishing Ep.4 and I'm glad we're all feeling the same. I already have trust issues. LOL! I want to start shipping but can't help to think otherwise.
A highlight: "The price of Teng Yuan will drop by 10 points tomorrow!" ππ That's one way to calm someone down, Xu Si.
Thereβs an instant spark that is already making me want more. Thereβs a strong aura coming off from the characters and their first interaction is not one to miss out on. I mean that was some subtle yet flirty hot chemistry they had going on during the party. And that dance! π₯΅ They are not wasting any ounce of time to sell us on the leadβs chemistry. Moreover, I love the spice their bringing to the table. Iβm excited to see how their progression will turn out.
I totally ship Wu Xuanyi and Gao Zhiting! Their storyline seems to be the childhood friendβs trope and as of now, Iβm all for it! Itβs way different from the main leads but I like the balance.
A quick mention, cinematography is wonderful! Those shots in the beginning were well done. π― The quality is pleasing to the eye.
Here's a short edit I made from the new MV. I was not expecting so many kiss scenes. The chemistry is π₯. Can't wait for the new released material today! β€οΈβ€οΈ
Can u tell me the names of other modern romance dramas I should look fwd to?
As mqteiku & wenkexing listed, all of those are RUMORED to be airing and some even have airing dates being thrown around. Stories of Youth and Love had some rumors for November but nothing confirmed as of now. Rising With the Wind (Oct. 30th) Only for Love (Oct.31st or Nov.1st) Love is Panacea (Nov.2nd)
Alright, if this is legit to air for Oct. 30th, I'm ready! I miss Gong Jun on screen. I'm so glad he's not dubbed. So many new modern romance dramas airing for November! π₯³
This is the lakorn to pull me back in after a few years of straying away. Episode 1 was already a great start! I'm hoping the momentum will continue once the kids grow up.
Came across a small trailer for this and I just want to ask, is it Tan Jianci's real voice? because omg it's so fitting for this role! Such a smooth soothing voice.
there will be a lot , bwahhahahahhttps://weibo.com/tv/show/1034:4948468700217356https://weibo.com/tv/show/1034:4948369504927766https://weibo.com/tv/show/1034:4948442133495861https://weibo.com/tv/show/1034:4948372554186789
Haha. Yesss!!! Thank you for these. He's so naturally kitty like. ππ
Yesss!!! More Ding Yuxi. That new trailer was quite interesting and fun. After LYST, I know DYX can nail cat like behavior so I hope to see some here lol.
