Wow! That reveal was not what I was expecting. 🤯 I'm shocked for all of them from each POV especially WenJun. I liked his character and may be looking out for his future works in the future!
Guess we were technically shipping Chilan with the right person(s)? Lol I'm happy she's the new King of Qi. Girl deserves it! What a well written character.
I loved the cast and glad to see them nicely show us the development of the relationships between all characters, i.e. HanZheng and Wenjun's less awkward hug.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the reveal and process it which must be a good thing for the show. Show has some loose ends which could be a good potential for S2 but it was still a proper wrap up. I didn't quite like the rush end with the narrative but I'm happy for our leads. I guess the citizens are right, next volume! 😂

He sure does! Haha. But we didn't see much of him to really go forward with any other clues to accuse him either. I just hope its explained well what side he really is on. It's about to be time these 2 end up in someone's fanfic or something just to ease our ship. 😂😂

I know... I shipped them too but he's been too much of a gray area character for long so I'm trying to mentally prepare for whatever the results are. I wanted to trust him but there's a hunch. If he's good, I'd be happy but if he's the bad guy, I'll be disappointed but not as surprised since we've been getting some clues about him too. As they say, keep your friends close but enemies closer.

What in the ape is going on? 😅 2 more episodes and somehow it instantly points back at CP. I wish it not to be him but if it is, I hope they get more solidified evidence that would make for a good plot twist.
General Chilan has been a badass throughout the show but these last 2 has me admiring her just like WJ. Her clues/evidence to point towards CP was brilliant! She thinks and does thing carefully and her explanation was spot on. Nothing to make anyone speculate her findings as false. 👏👏 Not to mention, girl never let her guard down with CP. She be friended him but knew her place. We love to see it!
Honestly, tomorrow's last 2 episodes better be a good wrap up because if we never see Mu Yan that'd be a waste to even have him mentioned in the first place. Previews don't seem promising but please no dream like sequence is all I ask.

No season 2 please! Or we really all could throw hands. lol. I don't want any more anticipation. And you're right. They might add even more unnecessary plots in a part 2.
I'd be down to see BWJ and LYT in another drama. They have good chemistry. Even their promo pics has me 😍

Those recent pictures from the event 😍 This is my most highly anticipated drama for this year. I'm about to go re-read the novel just to hype myself up again while waiting. 😂

It's hard to process something big like that considering its her beloved father but that's definitely a lesson for her to see and become mature.

They have such a funny bromance! 😂 Even WJ was still scared.

The pacing has been fast so far for these past cases but let's hope these last 4 episodes are not fast as lightning and make us disappointed by not making any sense. The biggest issue at hand is how these 2 are going to be together and what is Mu Yan's purpose. That's a lot to unfold for 4 episodes... 😔

Haha. If he could blink once for evil and twice for good that'd help. I saw him in the contemporary drama "Moonlight" and thought he did good but I didn't have much interest in his storyline. For WJ, I have a hunch that maybe it can change for him within the next 4 eps. *crossing fingers*. He deserves it. It's weird how they introduced her so late considering that she's crazy for him and hasn't been around to look for him earlier. I'm happy for the leads but Su Jiu'er is kind of contradicting with her thoughts about the relationship.

Yes. The "gege" is cringey. We really could have done without her in the show but now that she's already here, I hope they quickly wrap up her storyline. There's not a lot of time left and so many other main things to focus on.

Ep. 32 thoughts:
- Su Jiu'er and mom's conversation. She made it seem all too easy with HZ's plan of them being together. I'm surprised her Mom didn't think the plan was too easy. Giving up the throne is easier said than done. You would think Mom would be more sensible.
- I'm happy they finally got together but hopefully their announcement time will come soon and turn out good. Poor Hanzheng so eager to tell the world. Not to mention him being jealous he doesn't have a nickname but soon regrets it. 😂
- I've said it and will say it again, I need justice for WJ. His character doesn't deserve to be held up this way because of guilt. Especially being around He Yin who didn't contribute much to the story. They try to pit WJ's understanding of her behavior from the previous episode to help us understand why he would choose to protect her as a brother but hopefully he goes on to find his own happiness while still being a good brother. I know he's probably sad that Su Jiu'er doesn't like him but he's a sweet guy and could probably find someone else. All 3 characters are experiencing what seems to be their first love and we all know how that usually goes in real life. I hope these next 4 episodes has some turning point to reroute WJ's outcome.

Definitely unhealthy! But why do I sense the show will use her attempted suicide as a way for her to realize reality and become mature and hopefully let WJ go find his true happiness. It's so typical but useless to get us worked up about this when her character was unnecessary in the first place.

The confession was endearing. The way he said I like you more than you like me. Also kind of ringing true. I don't understand why she's super hesitant to announce their relationship and her inner monologues have me thinking other wise.
I'm getting tired of CP's gray area. Can't they give us a bit more about him to lead us in a direction of some sort. We're nearing the end already and I don't have time to wait for a season 2 lol.
They did WJ dirty. I understand his guilt but the man's too nice for his own good. If they wrote He Yin better maybe I can understand but they presented her character so late into the game. Not to mention, she's an unlikable character who everyone can agree does not deserve WJ. He can still be a good brother and find his own happiness.

I'm about to throw hands too! 😒They did WJ dirty. We're supposed to be ok with him accepting to take care of her from guilt when all they did was introduced her late to the show AND presented her as childish/annoying. Her biggest mishap happens to her and now we should pity her. I know it might sound harsh but it's too much for a character we barely know.

I thought it was so cute that Han Zheng initiated a hug yet felt awkward once WJ tried to hug him. Glad the 3 can still be together as a team.

He could be. I mean he showed up and quickly explained to WJ that the horseman is the true murderer. Like how did he know that?
