๐ I hate the whole development between WenJun and HeYin...it felt so forced and there was no character development…
THIS!!! ๐ They introduced her into the show super late and expect us to be ok with everyone adapting to her. I couldn't even feel any pity for her because there's not enough build up for the character. His character up to this point has been consistent and a sensible one. I can't buy the fact that he will make such a decision. I understand the guilt but he totally can still be a good brother to her while finding a new love. I truly like this character and am disappointed.
Ep.31 confession is finally here! They're too adorable but Han Zheng going back was a good move on his part. Don't leave me in suspense ๐ The mom and Ah Hua was too relatable. We all have been waiting for too long.
A little dissatisfied with how quick they killed off that Uncle because he got off easy. All that shady work he did and no justice was served for those who suffered. Mhmm... Plus, the CP's micro expressions are throwing me off. He seemed a bit taken back when WJ mentioned about the man on the horse. Hanging on edge to hope for a good end on his part.
While I see ppls ideas that the crown prince could be evil for tipping off the uncle, I think someone else did…
Haha. Hanging in their for the last 6 episodes. I tried my best to hold off on the spoiler someone shared about her illness just so I could still feel some suspense.

I'm thinking that there must be some sort of involvement between the 2 because HZ and Chilan both constantly mention how much MY had the Qi people's interest at heart. The CP seems like he has Qian people's interest at heart too so it would make sense for these 2 to join hands and take the sources down. And maybe HZ with the inspection bureau solving these cases would help to amplify why the treaty should be approved if the case is solved. Qi and Qian working together harmoniously helped save both tribes kind of deal? I know these smaller cases are to help back up the big picture but my head hurts trying to theorize and piece it together. ๐
I am impressed by WJโs maturity on his relationship with HZ and JE. I find that JEโs jealousy and her bickering…
I love WJ for that. He knows his place and is competing fairly. It's not like other annoying 2nd MLs in other dramas. I think the jealousy scene is tolerable because its all of the characters first time dealing with romance. They've got lots to learn.
Ep 29, the Crown Prince is suspicious. I donโt think he and Chilan will have good ending. But itโs funny how…
When he had to do a double take because it seemed all too familiar. ๐ but he's definitely in a grey area and I hope it goes towards the good side at the end.
WJ and HYโs character fits quite well with each other. Both equally innocent.
That's quite true but He Ying is too willful. WJ seems to understand her ways per the conversation he had with SJ and HZ in the restaurant. I just hope that they can give us a good enough redemption arc for her to be with WJ because I like him and can't wrap my head around why he would end up with her.

That's a good point to make! I was thinking real hard about his words he mentioned to the guard. I was debating if I was going to still like him or not. lol But now that you say that he may be working alongside MY. It seems that from the start, the instigator is purposely targeting Han Zheng and leading him to solve these cases to get to the big picture. And for whatever reason there is, I hope its good reasoning as to why they don't do it theirself.
Well done, HZ on how to handle Jiu Er's jealousy. Typical drama MLs would clue in and try to make the FLs even…
Yes! It was so sweet that he took a different route to handle her jealousy. He's trying to gain her trust in him instead of pestering her like other drama MLs. Though they haven't officially confessed, it'll be more genuine than those times where other MLs got us pulling our hair out by playing tricks.
I hope the main cp gets the solid HE. And even if it's not a HE, I'd hope it be concluded well enough so we don't get disappointed by it i.e. open ending. And you were right. I do not like He Ying. Her cute act is over the top. I'm glad her intro was late into the drama.
Also want to note, if He Ying is going to end up with Wenjun, I hope its not the typical trope of she ends up helping them and he sees her kindness and falls for her last minute. Her character is annoying and the actress doesn't match doing the cute act. It was a bit odd to watch.
Ep. 30 today, that dream sequence!! ๐๐ So glad there was a little bit left for her to use and go see him. Such a sweet moment/conversation between them. I can't wait for tomorrow's episode based off of the previews.
And these fight scenes are not disappointing. Well choreographed and shot!
han zhengโs not the only one producing vinegar, between him and jiu er they can sell a whole shop ๐คญ
Exactly! ๐๐ When I saw someone's clip about that the other day I couldn't help but laugh. That could be their side business. It's so cute how fast they get jealous.
