Title Mr Honesty
it was implied/mentioned quickly that he was going to end his life that day but because of saving her in the process…
Yeps he was commenting to his assistant that day should have been his last day. However I do think that it is still a bit too far-fetched.

Dropping this after 16 episodes, what a waste! No urge to continue. The music prof dancing was the last straw. Watched this because of Steven Zhang but I guess I am only impressed with him in "Skate into Love".

The guy acting as Li Zhe is actually the dude who acted as the young master in The Untamed? Can't recognise him here!

This has become very enjoyable so far, hope it continues the same. Fingers crossed.
Yeah I kinda ran out of stuff to watch so I just clicked on this last evening - and watched 5 episodes straight!

So it's pretty much confirmed she suffers from sleep paralysis, right?

I never was a fan of Kim Soo hyun, i never liked his acting , i watched a couple of his dramas, and nothing. Though…
I'm with you, he is okay but not outstanding. The last I watched him in "The Producers" he did fine but this role required much more so he needs to up many notches. I am just really intrigued by Seo Ye Ji here and she is the main reason I am addicted to this, followed by the storyline and the young Kang Tae.

new to k dramas, the tags are kinda weird should I watch this?
What are the tags that you are concerned about? What are you looking for in a drama?

Yeah, I always had a problem with him saying she was born that way. I never got why he said that.
Probably he really thought so based on their interactions when they were kids or he just wanted to shut her off as he had enough on his hands. Guess we'll never know...

The good thing now is he probably realised that she wasn't "born like this" and that she really needed his help so now he won't leave her. Looking forward!

light hearted episodes on saturdays, heavy on the drama on sundays... i see a pattern.
I am catching concurrently with "Backstreet Rookie" so there is a balance. :)

Nurse JooRi seems to have mental health issue. The way she act after she finds out the boys have move out, and…
Think most of the key characters in this show are not that normal, based on their reactions etc. :)

i think she might have waited till she finish high school but in b/w her father died and her life changed..
Well, he did bear a "grudge" that she did not call him, even remembered her friends. Even in the show they have already clarified her character to not what it seemed at first - her friends commented the kiss being her first kiss and why she dropped out of school etc... so it could be really love at first sight and not something frivolous.

It was love at first sight it seemed, so the father probably died on the day they met - if not she would have contacted the ML who was waiting for her call. Things happened for a reason, that's why we have a show! :)

No sure if it is because her dad passed away 3 years ago that she didn't call him after getting his number. Who knows what could have happened since the ML got together with the current GF after that (they are together for 2 years +). All the "what ifs".... sigh

yall I hate to say it but I'm convinced Mun Young killed her mom, even if it was accidently
I'd think so too as the dad strangled her when she visited him though the doctor mentioned she might have reminded him of someone (probably the mom). There is a possibility that the dad could have killed the mom because of her.

Just finished ep. 6 great episode but the part with the flashback where how he hesitated to save his brother and how he got saved is a bit off. The bloopers were a fun bonus.

Review Ashes of Love
Really dislike those inconsistencies in plot and character. Just to force a certain storyline and making it ridiculous.
