There’s NO reason to why ShiDe didn’t send a MESSAGE “hey, my mother is pregnant and bad, I need to help her and stay a little bit more”. Not happy with this crappy excuse the scriptwriter throw that shitty sub plot of Yi’s father.

This must have been the dumbest script I’ve ever seen. She throw everything randomly there just to create a HUGE conflict so they could do those “daring” scenes.

i'm liking it. Not impressive, but it's ok.

Deffinitely there are a lot of bad points, such as lack of acting skills of the main actors, how they are portraying the fujoshi and the poor choice of a kid in love with a 30 year old man in the flashback, but overall it's not a boring watch.

I'm not saying he did anything wrong, just that the age gap was creepy AF. They should have used a teenager actor or an older kid.

Everything is thrown just for shock value.

The acting (specially Tul's) is bad indeed and the plot is messy. If you see this as a cheesy police drama it's an ok watch, but you can't take it serious (as the show takes itself).

Only god knows how much I despise Chinese fandom culture. Every time a show/actor becomes a hit there I know there will be plenty of bullshit...

GMMTV tend to adapt only the slow burn ones, if you don't like just pass through. They are following the novel, by this point they are not a couple yet.
