Olan did kiss the other guy, who grabbed him, threw him down on the best, and went at him. Which was the most…
Not shown on camera.... Some shows had limitations around kissing scenes but this is not the case. The only possible explanation is one of the actors not accepting kissing a guy what make it even worse.
I believe the author they are shading is Chiffon_Cake, author of 2Moons, who reportedly had a LOT of opinions…
It's Mame. The shade about casting gay actors was towards Motive Village, but the rest was about Tharn Type's author. He had a really difficult time while working with her.
It's matter of taste though. If you hate this kind of unhealthy relationship, it's really horrible.
I love unhealthy relationships as in Pornographer or Friend Zone (I Liked Dangreous Drugs of Sex too). But this trailer is too much “toxic 2015 low buget Chinese BL”. It really reminded me of 90’s Mexican telenovela kind of villainess/revenge. Come on, it’s 2021.
In China, there are censorships, for example, there must not have any kiss scene between boys and between girls…
This whole bromance issue is just a big lost in translation thing hahaha
The word that it's used in chinese (jiqing), literally means gay afection/afection between men. It has been translated into "bromance" cause it was the nearest thing they had to use. Till this day you can see BLs with "bromance" on its title (My Bromance, Tien Bromance, etc...) and even gay asian couples youtube channel named like that.
As our view of what "bromance" means, people tend to believe that there inherently means "no gay, just bros", but in fact in can be that, and it can be "gay" in Asia.
These danmei adaptations aren't BL cause they can't be commercialized as BL, but a show can feature gay/mlm love without being a BL (just check Ossans Love, Kinou Nani Tabeta, Friend Zone and so goes on). We just can't say that cause it's based on a danmei novel it will have BL undertones, there's been a lot of danmei adaptations that they were bromance at the best ( Forward Forever, Sleuth of Ming Dinasty, The Yin-Yang Master, etc...), we have to wait and watch.
Each country has it's own rules, but yeah, in chinese it would be something close to "brotherly love" than "bromance".

The after credits scene was indeed forced, but since it wasn't in the actual episode I'm fine with it hahaha
If they are pulling off a gay cure on this... gurl....
We all know how terrible she is, but it's great she being bashed like this,
This one is a separate manga, called Playback.
That's all I can say. They are REALLY trying to ruin everything just for the sake of bad twists
They are really trying to ruin S01
