Every social media I go on, everyone is always complaining about the lack of updates on this drama, it’s kind of funny. Can This Love Be Translated is probably the most anticipated k-romcom of 2025, I really hope it’s released this year at a prime time spot.
no "official" confirmations yet, but seonho's recent magazine shoot/interview mentioned delusion as one of his next works and there was also a recent journalist news on suzy that also mentioned delusion as a work she will film right after her Seven o'clock movie
both sides subtly confirmed, since filming will begin soon (I'm guessing either March or April)
when they were filming in Italy, a local said she saw something about "part 2"/"season 2"m so i think they will release it in 2 parts, similar to how they released The Glory
There's some romance but it isn't the main plot. In her flashbacks we'll get to see her ex-lover, Jinren, who was a vampire hunter. He is said to look very similar to Yiho (when she first saw Yiho she thought she was seeing her ex-lover). Most likely the 2 characters will be played by the same actor.
I wonder what the reason for the delay is? I find it hard to believe that a work by two renowned directors and hallyu leads have trouble finding a platform
wait hold on.... i just peeped the genres, wdym horror?? seriously might just have to tap out man.. i hate horror…
i read the webtoon, it's not that scary tbh lol but there's some bloo*dy scenes since she's a vampire and all. But there's no crazy kill*ings or violence.
The chance of Fukushi Sota being the romantic lead is low tbh, like plot wise how would a Japanese (character…
i know there are new korean/japanese drama projects nowadays but those cases the japanese actors/actresses were first billers. Only time will tell but I still think the probability of sota getting the girl is low.
His relationship "scandal" was in 2021, it will be almost 4 yrs since then if this airs in 2025, enough time has passed... His cameo in When Life Gives you Tangarines may potentially be somewhat romantic since people said they saw him film a wedding scene with IU. I don't think producers/directors/writers would worry about that anymore
Stan twitter has gotten people so brainrot nowadays, bringing "fanwars" in for everything and projecting their opinion onto suzy and seonho.
If they are both positively considering this that just means they're ok or even happy about working together again. As a fan, can't you just trust their decision? Personally enjoyed the webtoon and am a fan of both their acting so I will tune in for sure
Really curious if Fukushi Sota will play a second lead role or a special appearance. They already wrapped up their filming in Japan, so if we see filming crumbs of Sota in Korea, then there's a good chance he wouldn't be just a special appearance. Hope this gets released in first half 2025!!
Fukushi Sota what r u doing here? Damn, I did not expect this. Is he just a guest star, but he is at the table…
The chance of Fukushi Sota being the romantic lead is low tbh, like plot wise how would a Japanese (character still unknown) and a Korean actress develop romantic feelings with language barrier? Also, KSH has been working with fairly renowned producers/scriptwriters/works with big budgets as late, he is considered fairly bankable right now, so I wouldn't think they would give his lead role away to Sota. Though I agree Sota has a spectacular filmography, but this is still a "Korean" drama
You are sure Fukushi Sota is supporting and not main lead? Otherwise there is 10 year difference between the main…
"he monopolise the scenes and make other actors look bad" that's actually such a compliment. You're basically saying he steals all the spotlight because he commands a strong screen presence with his good acting LOL
I started this fan because I'm a fan of Kim Seonho but I didn't have a super high expectation as I'm usually not a slice of life fan, also thought the name was weird lol
but man was I wrong!! I cry and laugh in every single episode and the main leads have incredible chemistry. Also, I'm fond of the "Cha Cha Cha" part now, find it super endearing and catchy
so I think they're still finalizing the number of episodes based on the amount of plot/content they filmed. I'm hoping for at least 12 episodes
