casualhero

i mean, people develop moles over time. could be one she developed later and not at birth

probably next episode

the two wei aunts are so evil, especially the chubby one. I hope they don't die in the most painful way.

Lady Shou was on guard against Jundai. I think she swapped the incensce after jundai swapped it and just played along. she looked fine in the carriage.

she could have slept with her twin

just look though the photos section. you only see one expression on the ML's face.

why youku and not netflix?

oh wtf... this ep 15 cliffhanger is killing me. Why is it suddenly 1 ep per day now...

ep 8-9
wtf Yu Chang Xuan, have you no shame? going after the FL when she is clearly in love with her bf

in this drama you have a walking red flag/black flag ML and a FL who is like the second coming of Jesus. the setting, story, and theme are too different between the dramas and you can't really compare. so far, it is interesting for me. i suggest you should watch a couple of eps and decide for yourself.

on ep 8, we see the two spies in the yu family. what is their issus with the Yu family?

i want a entire episode of groveling.

here's my prediction. Jundai's real mother is Aunt Wei Hong E and father is Lu Zhuo's one of Lu Zhou's uncles or father. It was said that Lu and Wei families were close in the past

look, the mother was not the one who sold Achou out to be buried, raped... that was all done by the father. yes, the mother could not protect Achou, but she wasn't lying when she said it was either going to be Achou or Hongxian.

first kiss on ep 6

ya her mother had to choose between protecting Achou and Hongxian. She said that if she Achou didn't get sold, Hongxian would have been. Now, is it ok to sell Hongxian?

the evil Jundai tries to play victim but half way into the act she's too unhinged and crazy to see it though. can't wait for the scene when everyone finds out the truth and takes revenge on her.

could the mother have really protected her if she wanted to? i don't think so. she was bedridden and couldn't do anything to stop the abusive gambler father.

i say that too but when you get near the end of a really good drama, i wish there were more episodes.

ya there is plot armor, but it's the somewhat believable kind. Our FL is a super genius and knows the ins and outs of the imperial court, how to balance powerful clans, how to be a master manipulator, and even fake handwriting when she grew up poor in the slums. The drama's explanation is she was taught by her neighbors who were fallen nobles and courtesans as well as gaining experience working as a child laborer.
