fraternal twins can share 100% of their DNA. (pick 46 chromosomes out of the same 92 chromosomes from both parents)
sex chromosome is only 1 out of 46. so it's possible they share 45 out of 46 which is 98% similar DNA. (and obviously AChou's father's Y chromosome didn't get passed down so it doesn't matter really)

he always looks upset, i don't remember ever seeing him smile. I am here because I like the drama of course. The fact that i find Yan An's acting lacking doesn't matter to much to me because this dramas really focuses on the female characters more.
