most of the time it is very obvious. but there are some screens where it is ambiguous on purpose to keep the viewer guessing.

her mother didn't know about Achou. Seems like someone came to inform her near the end of ep 10. she will probably know what went on. Also, when the Wei family discovered Achou, there was that one women who went to break open a jar with baby bones inside.

learning chinese is not that hard. she just needs someone to teach her. An average chinese 6 year old can read and write and she's a grown women. I'vd say realistically it's very possible especially given that shes clearly high IQ.
